The tour was amazing, starting first thing with the guide Susie. She was so in tune with the history, fun facts, and the spirits(residents as she called them). Starting in a piece of history, the tour began in the train station which was also host to some residents. It was wonderful as Susie actually had tools available for guests to use, so we could interact with the residents ourselves. The second floor had many interactions, one mainly being with Mr. Mills in his bedroom. Susie did provide a spirit box(to record the spirits speaking) and through that we had an interesting encounter. The tour went around the area, going over the wonderful historical buildings that were also host to some residents. Being able to learn about the history that fills the area both normally and paranormally was wonderful. There were several true-crime spots included as well interesting tidbits about several people from back in the early 1900s. Susie was wonderful, even ending the tour by talking with our own spirits, I even got to speak to one of my own!. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go on, history-buffs and paranormal lovers alike!

Our tour guide Marko was great and very knowledgeable of the city history and also sensible as we had a young boy in our group. We saw a lot of activity and loved every second of it.
Definitely recommend for an evening activity.

We had problems accessing the meeting point because of closed roads and gps giving wrong information. We were in contact with the guide and she waited 30 minutes for us. Fortunately we were the only ones on the tour. I was disappointed because although Susan used her tools at the train station to communicate with possible presences, after that it was more of a city tour of places where people have reported interacting with ghosts. The tour was interesting from an historic point of view but not from an interactive point of view.

This was our second time taking this tour, which says a lot since we live states away!! We got engaged on this tour over 2 years ago and came back for our honeymoon. Our guide, Susan, was very enthusiastic! She not only guided us through the stories but basically stopped traffic to get us where we were heading safely! She made us feel comfortable with both the surrounding areas and with those unseen encounters.
We had the amazing encounters during this tour that had us all in shock. We had many innocent encounters and some very emotional. But the moment any negative energy tried to make its way in, Susan quickly put an end to that energy by making it known that it was not welcomed. We were able to continue our positive interactions. Incredible experience, successful investigations, and the best time!

Marko he was very cool and patient and polite and it was overall a fun thing to do if I ever come back to Florida I will most definitely come back!

We learned a LOT about the history of Orlando and the different local haunts. Our guides Susan and Sierra were incredible and we will definitely be going back! Also we heard some incredible footsteps in the first 10 minutes of our ghost hunt. Great experience all around!

We loved it! We had so much fun and learned a lot. It’s obvious Susan and Sierra are both really passionate about their work. We wished we had more time investigating or that it was made clear that our time investigating was really our only time to do so. We would’ve been more so interactive! We can’t wait to book again!

Incredibly unique experience in downtown for believers and skeptics alike! The best part about this tour is the fact that there are no gimmicks, you are treated like a true paranormal investigator who has been given the tools to conduct their own research! It is very hands on, and even encouraged to go explore on your own at times to find your own conclusions! My tour guide Susan was so knowledgeable on the history of the buildings we toured in Orlando, and her passion for this work truly makes the tour as intriguing as it was. Whatever your mindset is going in, Susan and the team will never intentionally sway your beliefs, instead she guided us along as we experienced some unexplainable phenomena, while providing the backstories for why it may have occurred. Even in the freakiest of moments, Susan kept us laughing and enjoying ourselves making this fun for the whole family!
