Excellent guide at the Alhambra with extensive knowledge of the history and symbolism in the palace. We really enjoyed our tour and the beauty of the Alhambra. The pickup was also convenient. Only drawback was the lack of free time to explore the Alhambra in our own a little or even visit the gift shop, and lack of free time in Granada. We had time to eat, but that was it.

We booked the visit with an Italian guide to the Alhambra. During the trip we had an English-speaking companion with basic knowledge of Italian. Very poor explanations only in English without listening to us even when we asked for information. Little time to visit the center. When you arrived at the meeting point to then go to the Alhambra there was no one, they arrived with a group of people 15 minutes later (this is seriousness).
AS THE ICING ON THE CAKE, THE GUIDE IN ITALIAN WAS NOT THERE. WHEN WE ASKED FOR INFORMATION TO BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AT LEAST A MINIMUM OF ITALIAN, WE WERE TREATED IN A BAD MANNER... THIS TOUR IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT LEAST FOR ITALIANS

It was an English speaking tour and most of the time we were with a bus driver who did not speak English. He was really nice and tried to help though, but that is not what we expected. The agency postponed our pick up time to 1 hour later (instead of 8 a.m. pick up was at 9 a.m.) .There was bad weather so there was more traffic and we got late to our tour. If the agency left the pick up time as per original, we would not be late. The tour began without us, so we had to wait for them to join them for other parts. The one we missed, we had to do by ourselves. The guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The timing became a problem in the end because we were supposed to have 2 hours in Granada. It was to late to enjoy Granada and we already had plans for the evening.
We missed half of the day tour that we already paid for; did not have time for lunch or see Granada.

Hello ! Today I had the pleasure of going from Seville with Andalsur to Granada with a visit to the Alhambra. Inexplicable and unbeatable guide Driss Castro. A wonderful human being, I was the only one who spoke Spanish, he asked me if I needed him to translate, and although I understand English, he came whenever he could to make me feel as comfortable as possible with the language. He set the bar very high.. Thank you Andalsur for allowing me to get to know Granada and the Alhambra with a local guide, also luxurious, and thank you Driss, you are a very valuable person! My grade is a 10! Today I'm going to sleep happy!

It was a long wait, but the agency was punctual, good service, comfortable bus, very attentive bus guide.
Local guide could have been less intense.

The bus ride was 3 hrs each way which was made unpleasant by a very fast and bumpy bus ride. Our guide (Juan) on the tour was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made sure we stayed in the shade and were comfortable during the hot summer heat. Juan answered all our questions and made the tour very pleasant and informative.

Alhambra gave us beautiful experience and history of Granada. Worth every penny!!!!
The only feedback us the coach slightly late and the lunch time is at 330pm.

This is a three-hour car ride from Seville so be prepared. The Alhambra tour was excellent and the guide was very well prepared. He was patient and answered all questions. The only problem was we had such a limited time in Granada after the Alhambra tour that we were unable to visit the center of the city and see anything at all plus have lunch. It would be best if the tour included more time in Granada and got back to Seville an hour later. Since we drove so far, it was disappointing to not experience the city at all.

Excellent service. Hotel local coach pick up, 3 hour drive each way with a 20 minute loo stop both ways, tour of Alhambra was amazing and also over 3 hours so it was a long day but well worth the whole experience
