30 mins late to pick up, not good when had to catch a plane. Driver was good and apologetic but can’t excuse the lateness, please improve , if had missed plane would of been a much worse situation

Easy transport from the cruise port in Laem Chabang to Bangkok. We had a great driver in a private car, however, it was more of an Uber/Grab type of car - not a professional car.

Very easy to work with this company. The day before arrival they sent pickup instructions for BKK and a representative was there waiting for us as planned. Waited 5 minutes for the car to come pick us up curbside. Driver was really nice and safe. Will use again next visit.

Driver did not show up. I waited an hour then I found a taxi. I am not happy with Viator. I have been using Viator for years. They always seemed reliable. To be left alone at the airport in the middle of the night with no ride is very bad service

This was a well organized and easy to communicate via WhatsApp experience. I only wish it was possible to communicate with driver a bit. It was a silent ride since they didn’t understand English and I did not know what to try to google translate. Otherwise Clean safe ride

First, a vehicle that was much too small came, even though I had explicitly reported this before the trip. After about 45 minutes of waiting, a slightly larger vehicle came, but there was barely enough room for our luggage. The driver was completely overwhelmed, so I had to load the luggage myself. The trip was then the next negative highlight! I don't know if the driver really had a driver's license. He chose a lane on the 4-lane highway and stayed there the whole time. He always crept just behind the slowest vehicle in front of him. The trip took at least 30 minutes longer. He drove way too close and accelerated in waves that made you feel sick! Last but not least, he got the wrong destination address, which caused a detour of another half an hour! I canceled the return trip and will never book a trip in advance again. There are usually enough transport options at the airports and they are not more expensive.
