Meeting at a 7 am in a xold day when the driver arrived at 7:28. No one to answer calls or texts. I think our driver was sick. The company should have more than one driver in case of sickness.
Everything else was good.

I visited Saint Michel and the guide Florián made us spend an unforgettable day. The minibuses (2) were super new, very comfortable. I recommend asking the agency via WhatsApp if they have places already reserved for the excursion you want to do and sign up so that they don't have to cancel due to lack of people before going. This applies to any agency. For me, everything was great.

The Abbey was amazing and we loved seeing the monumental size of the building. The architecture and structures were incredible and impressive. The multitude of passages and stairways was a challenge to navigate but we did it!! The gray, rainy day underlined the austerity of the building. Our driver was kind enough to take us there and collect us after the tour. He gave us our admission tickets; no mention of audio guides, cider or museum. There was no history setting as we drove or interesting anecdotes afterwards. He privately chatted with the person on the front seat. It was raining and wet, heavy traffic and dark and I understand that he needed to concentrate on driving. So, we got there, received tickets, stood in line, saw the Abbey, walked back, drove. For a nice chunk of change. Something is missing.

The trip was very well organized. To start with, the meeting point at the agency address is literally at the exit of the Louvre station. So easy to find. Our amazing guide Nicolas arrived ahead of time, and we got on the minibus right at 7h30am.
The minibus was comfy. Nicolas made sure to show us and present to us all the details about each place we passed through while on the road starting from Paris up till the majestic Mont Saint Michel.
We took then a shuttle to the place and Nicolas gave us the ticket and a map of the place, we passed straight through the fast track (0 waiting time). He then gave us the instruction where and when to meet once we've done the tour in the village. The best part of this tour is that you can visit it at your own pace. Excellent recommendations for the food tasting, wine and shops. He met us right on time at the meeting point. We headed back to Paris and arrived right to the start point of the journey. It was a MARVELLOUS experience. I highly recommend it for a one day escape from Paris.

This was a great trip that checked off a bucket list item. We visited in early October and had a beautiful day with a blue sky and warm but not hot temperature. My only recommendation is that if you are older with a "bad knee" or arthritic hips, do NOT forget to bring hiking poles. I brought mine with me and they enabled me to successfully navigate the steep path and many stairs that did not have handrails. I suggest the tour operator offer guests the opportunity to rent these because everyone does not own them or have the ability to put them into carry on luggage.

First, the visit to Mont St Michel was amazing!! Our guide/driver was so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. My rating was based on the uncomfortable minivan. There were 8 guests packed into the vehicle, the front should only hold 1 guest + driver. There were a larger/taller guests that made it stressful. You should have 12 passenger vehicles to accommodate 8 people to give some space to breathe and be comfortable on the longer tours. It also did not help that there were 2 unpleasant and inconsiderate passengers, not your fault. Could not wait til tour was over.

Nice place. Too far from Paris. The vehicle was a POS. Passengers were late. Though a very nice man, the driver drove too fast and swerved a lot, thereby jostling the passengers. No AC. No floor coverings. Dented vehicle. No PA system. No good. Tje Mt St Michel was great though we did know we had to climb 900 steps
Loved the site. Hated the drive.

The walk across the causeway up to the mont on what turned out to be a beautiful day was priceless. Nicolas, the tour guide was friendly and informative along the 4 hour ride there so we had some history and anecdotes about the abbey and town. He was equally great on the 4 hour ride home answering questions about all things France and engaging us on our experiences from all over. Loved this day trip!!

August Yes Europe is on holiday too, so the Mont between 1030- 1700Hrs was bursting at the seams. We found we still enjoyed this beautiful location early evening Cooler and less crowded. Definitely worth staying overnight as we did after breakfast a good time to walk round to take in the detail of the place.
August also as we found out is breeding season for seagulls so be prepared for a rude awakening come first light.
Yes i would go again but a different time of year to see the place in a different light.
