La Sainte Chapelle is the most remarkable gothic gem in the capital you shouldn't really miss. Our visit starts with the birth of Paris, its first inhabitants and some significant events that made of this island the heart of the city . After it, we will head toward one of the finest example of french gothic architecture called La Sainte Chapelle built to host the relics of Jesus in the 13th century. You will be astonished by the beauty of its walls covered with stained glass windows. We will learnt about the life of king Louis IX who became a Saint and who participated in the last two crusades, life in the middle ages,importance of relics in the middle ages and a few crunchy anecdotes. The guided visit lasts about 45 minutes

Our guide was great! She made it interesting and her English was easy to understand. We've had other tours where the guides' English was a bit difficult to understand but not in this case!

Great place to visit, small but full of Catholic history! The guide was very knowledgeable and we were a nice small group .

This small chapel is definitely worth the visit. Our guide, Cynthia, was knowledgeable about the history of Sainte Chapelle. It is not very big so the tour is not too long. It has a rich history and is adjacent to Notre Dame.

Our guide was so patient with us very thorough. She was very proud to so show off saint Chapelle. We really enjoyed our time with her. She was very knowledgeable and engaged us with questions and answers

Queuing for security check still took a while even though it 's skip the line !! But queuing for using bathrooms IN SUCH A SAD STATE was truly disappointing!

St. Chapelle is a stunning masterpiece, but it was even better to have a knowledgeable guide to tell us stories of the church and point out numerous details I had missed before. Cinthia was incredible! As an added bonus we were the first in the door and were able to enter before the queue.
