Sam our guide was so informative and willing to help us see our list of sites.
So much fun travelling from Yokohama to Tokyo on the train. Changing stations keeping Sam insight and learning how to buy tickets. So many people.

Nobu was great. We just arrived in Yokohama last night and have limited time to see Tokyo before we embark on a cruise. Nobu took us in hand and helped us navigate the Tokyo train and subway systems. We hit many of the high points of a visit to Tokyo with a guide who was informative and flexible. Found a great spot for lunch and made some important shopping stops. Would highly recommend Nobu and the 8 hour Tokyo tour with Viator.

Haru was a knowledgeable, experienced and amicable guide. He introduced us to both modern and ancient Tokyo. He had developed a comprehensive plan for the day that reflected our interests and readily adapted the plan to meet our changing needs. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him.

Our guide Izumi picked us up from our hotel in Yokohama, walked us to the nearest train station and we all caught the train into Tokyo (45 mins trip). Izumi then spent the day walking us around Tokyo and also helping us catch the subway around to various landmarks and places of interest that we had agreed with him prior to the tour. He did a great job, he was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. He found a goof coffee place and also lunch in a little place off a laneway in one of the market areas. All excellent and easy. It was a long day, but well worth it and he also took us back to our hotel at the end of the day, so no chance of getting lost!

Noripy is a wondrrful guide. She was professional, personable, and knowlegeable. Her english was great and she was able to effectively navigate us thru the hectic public transportation in Tokyo. We visited some of the prime sites in Tokyo and had wonderful experiences, especially one where we happened upon Japan's Princess Kako's visit to a shrine we went to. We highly recommend Noripy as a personal guide.

The day flew by, one wonderful experience after another! Kenzo Ito was so well informed and shared historical and cultural facts galore. I fully felt his enthusiasm and it reaffirmed my personal observations of the beauty, grace and timeless serenity of our surroundings amidst moments of the hustle and bustle of life today. A great juxtaposition!

Kiyo showed us many wonderful sites in Tokyo. She explained the history of them and their part in Japanese history. She did a wonderful job of navigating us through the train, subway and bus systems. She found us a small family restaurant and helped us order a excellent lunch. When we were finished she returned with us to our starting point so she could make sure that we would return safely. She adjusted the pace so that we were not rushed at each of the sites and had plenty of time for photos and purchasing souvenirs. If the opportunity arises we would definitely recommend her as a guide.
