Bad value. They just take you up the elevator and wait in all the security lines. It’s probably the exact same experience as buying €30 tickets on the site.
The guide was friendly but we lost her because she missed the elevator

Instructions
Gave an address to a souvenir store near the tower I arrived at 8:01 and my tour was gone!
There was no contact information to contact the guide
The people from the store were very rude and not helpful.
The language barrier also was tough.

This was a entire SCAM!!!! Instead of giving us a meeting place, they gave us an address that not even the locals could find. When you called them they were no help at all, instead asked a lot of questions, but gave no answers. Also they would not refund us, after we could not find this hidden address. THE Eiffel Tower Access Tour to 2nd Floor with Summit Option by Lift, is a complete SCAM!! Use another company if you want to take this tour.

Waited 25 minites in the rain for a tour that disnt happen. Ended up requesting a refund and the tour company told me the tour I booked didn't actually exist and was a Viator error. We bought our own tickets and had a great time. Do not book with this company.

Before this experience our vacation had been a bummer. The streets were under construction and couldn't see any of the places we had come to see. This made our vacation. Each point of the tower was discussed and I was able to see all of Paris!

horrible company. horrible policies. horrible customer service. there is no one to contact with an issue. we could not find our tour guide and paid over $200 and are not being refunded. we also chose not to do the boat tour expecting a refund since the boat runs no matter what. was contacted with a brief "no refund". they are crooks! dont use.

I am not reviewing the tour experience but MY experience. Being from US we had some trouble getting to the meeting place on the Metro. When we tried to enter where the regular ticket holders were we were not allowed to do that. It would be nice if Viator had a representative on site at the base to handle extenuating circumstances. Ultimately the problem was ours for being late but with so many international travelers I imagine it does happen somewhat regularly. I contacted Viator to see if we could use the tickets the next day or night but was told they were sold out. So alas we saw the Eiffel Tower at night from the ground but couldn’t go to the top as hoped.

Our tour guide Sissy is what made this tour incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable in Paris history and educated us well on the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend this tour to anyone!
