Ticket worked out great! Was a little tricky to find the location to enter, and there was a line, but significantly shorter than the regular line (and out of the rain!😉)

Perfect combination of things to do in Paris! The river tour was chilly but seeing the Eiffel tour light up while gently cruising the Seine and drinking red wine— priceless. And my 10-year old daughter learned so much at the Louvre museum. Get the audio guide or you will miss out on so much.

The Louvre was absolutely wonderful.
I thought i booked skip the line guided tour.
It told us where to meet and group up to 10. No one showed, so we had to go on own as time allocation. I contacted viator who said not a group or guided tour.
So why did i pay so much

Received tickets an hour before time only after contacting booking.com. Thus 2 of our group could not come. I want a refund for these two tickets. Very poor communication and did not honour policy of receiving tickets at the latest 2 hrs prior to time slot. Impossible if staying a distance from the Lourve. Awful

I booked on the day I wanted to visit as the original website was sold out and I was leaving France the next day. I’m glad the time slot on the ticket to the Lourve allowed me to skip the queue and enter immediately.
The Lourve and cruise tickets were sent in separate files. I’m glad the cruise tickets were free timing so you can take your time to walk over to the cruise departure point. Definitely nice to check out the landmarks from the river

Bought me and a friend tickets to the louvre museum 3 months in advance, got updates all the way up til the day before when they said they were going to send me my tickets through email I never got them. The day of my trip they told me they didn’t have me and my friend a ticket to the louvre after we sat on the phone for over an hour they said there was nothing they could do. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and will tell all of my friends and family not to use this. Still waiting on my refund.

I would advise those considering this ticket to read other reviews carefully and make up their own mind. Whilst I DID receive my tickets for the louvre, I did so because after reading the experiences of others detailed in 1 star reviews, I called many hours ahead to request they be emailed to me. When the initial email did not work, I called again and had them delivered to another email address. The agents on the phone were more than helpful, but the amount of work to get a ticket that is described as being sent to you seemed unnecessary. It certainly added stress to the experience, where there could have been none. The Louvre ticket is also not “skip the line” as each time slot has its own dictated line at the museum, where you will line up with everyone else.
The cruise aspect of this experience was great, ticket delivered and much easier to navigate.
My suggestion would be to prepare ahead of time and buy your louvre ticket time slot from the museum directly. This may not be doable if you’re trying to get a ticket for the same week or same month of your visit, but it would be the less stressful choice!

A total disaster! They changed the meeting point at last minute without advising. We waited at the Louvre for 1.5 h , nobody came to collect us and after making few phone calls to the hotel and the company they managed to give us instructions for a new meeting point. We ended doing our tour 2 h after the original time. Very dissapointed as we had to cancel our adternoon visits. Poor service and not professional staff at all.

Totally unrecommendable.
I never received valid tickets, lost the entire afternoon trying to resolve the problem, through different channels, and never got to enter the museum.
Support was unhelpful. Unacceptable experience.
The email which was resent over and over by Viator had a link which did not work, in any way, not manually, not with different engine searchers, nothing. The same happened with the app - did not provide access to the tickets.
No valid way to receive real tickets ever arrived. The repeated loop did not allow download of pdfs nor provide a valid link for the purpose.
Communication is impossible, time consuming and ineffective.
Customer support is inexistent.
Can’t even find a way to ask for a refund.
Kindly at least refund the value of the tickets that was paid.
Will remember not to use Viator again.
