The Viagen agents were very supportive and punctual. They texted you to update status of the tour and the plan before the trip and standby for inquiries. In Sacred Valley, i was put in a main Spanish speaking group but Franco the guide translated everything in Eng, only to me. Bus is comfortable- small leg rooms but manageable. Instruction are clear where to go next. For MachuPiccu, I got a private tour (as I book only one month in advance). I decided to start at6am and I got MachuPiccu view without other tourists!

I did the Sacred Valley tour with the guide Walter Diaz and the driver Hernan, everything went as scheduled, excellent. I recommend them

We did our honeymoon in Peru with Machu Pichu viagens for 17 days, visiting Lima, Huaraz, Paracas, Nazca, Arequipa, Puno and Cuzco. We finished with the excursion to Machu Pichu with a private guide and it was spectacular. The entire trip went excellent, both the guides and the organization. 100% recommendable.
