We booked the giants causeway tour from belfast. We were not given the nice green bus we were promised. the tour guide was obviously inexperianced and due to her poor time management, we did not get to all the stops promised in the tour.

A full day of adventure and discovery learning the history of Northern Ireland. Our fabulous and funny tour guide Mellisa kept us both entertained with her humor and, filled our heads with great amounts of history both of Belfast and of Ireland. Highly recommend and make sure to ask for Melissa. 🙏👍

A really well done and very interesting Titanic museum next to the slipway it was built on . Learned a lot and gave much thought to the awful scale of such an awful tragedy from which much was learned !

Alex, our guide and driver, was fabulous. He delivered the craic with a smile. Very knowledgeable, he made the information easy to understand. I was pleased to learn he would help organize the optional Black Cab ride/tour in Belfast. The tour was well worth it, offering a ride around to see the murals and the peace wall, and providing firsthand insights into what it was like growing up during turbulent times in Belfast.

The experience is fantastic. The gide was Fanny, the trip was very Nice and the visit to Titanic museu was amasing.

Unnecessary stops. Wasted time at some shopping store which could have been used to actually stay at the Titanic experience. Spent extra time shuttling people to hotels. Basically rushed through what we wanted to see so that we could stop at some clothing store and take people to hotels

Our driver Gerry was very friendly! He shared alot of great info before and after Belfast (even threw a few jokes here and there to keep us entertained). When we arrived in Belfast, my husband and I went on the black cab tour. It will be a tour we will never forget. I was moved to tears with the stories they told. After we went to the Titanic museum. It was all very organized and the staff was able to get us in quickly. The museum has everything you want to know about the Titanic and more. Overall it was a very moving and memorable experience.

Viator has a full itinerary of the day. In it, it was stated that the tour time was 8 am and that when everyone is boarded, the bus will leave at 8:30 am. I was there at 8:10 am. The lady at the stand told me the bus had left. I was very disappointed and I showed her the Viator website and she told me Viator was incorrect and that I should have checked with the primary tour website. I understand there may be fault on my end, however, I've been on other Viator tours and there has been zero issues with misinformation. I will be calling to get a refund because I was not able to participate in any part of the tour due to the mislabeling and incorrect information provided by Viator.
