Chae Ho Gul was the best driver ever! He kept track of our 3 flight delays and had photos directing us to him. He bought us an iced coffee and was helping us relax after anither passenger took one of our suitcases and caused another hour delay.

It's a very long ride from the airport to Gangnam district, but the van was comfortable and the driver was very safe in busy traffic. With 6 people, the car got very hot. If you have carsickness, sit up front where there is more air conditioning.

We used this service both upon arrival to Seoul and for departure. The driver/service was always on time, communicative, and provided car was comfortable. We were a group of 6 with 7 suitcases total and the car was perfect for us. Highly recommend this service and very reasonably priced.

We were delayed at immigration due to large queue and very few staff - our host/driver waited patiently and kept in contact with us to confirm where he was, this was excellent customer service.
Our drive into Seoul was smooth and assistance at our accommodation was also great. I would definitely recommend this service and will re-use again in the future, especially as a foreigner in South Korea!

Excellent service, drive is very friendly and came 1/2 hours before scheduled time. Courtesy driver smooth and help with luggage both in and out of car.

It was a seamless and quick way to get to the hotel from the airport. The driver met us outside of the baggage claim when we arrived. We were earlier than stated and he was aware and waiting. It was a great experience and highly recommend .

Excellent communication from the driving service and the driver. They contacted me the day before to confirm all the details. The driver sent pictures of the car and license plate so I could identify them. The drive was a little over 40 minutes and the driver gave us bottled water.
