I would like to start by saying that for the price you pay it could be fine, but I would prefer to pay a little more and have a more refined structure.

I have been visiting these spas for years, the tranquility that was there before is now lost. Unfortunately silence is not respected and the sunbeds with towels are occupied even if it is written that it is forbidden. We were attacked by a customer for this reason and the operator did not silence the rude man... a real shame that a place like this is colonized by troglodytes.

Today I was even more amazed by the excellence of the services offered by the Stufe di Nerone spa: I had forgotten my cap and I expected to find it available, but also to have a wide choice of colored pigtails available to collect my hair, that made me It made you feel really pampered!

The welcome of the receptionists, Olimpia and Katia, exceeded all expectations.

The availability and preparation of Pasquale, Imma and Pasquale met during the journey makes you feel at the center of their attention.

And last but not least, in fact he first of all given my gluttony, Antonio known for being the master of the lightest pizza I've ever eaten!
(I'll start by saying that I'm allergic to nickel so I'm difficult to please)
Antonio also knows how to read people's unexpressed needs and has managed to anticipate an end-of-meal desire that is realized with magical powers: hot-cold coffee.

Thank you Antonio, with this cuddle you made this day even more magical.

Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism.

They gave me a day at the spa and I went with my husband. It is very large but it should be a little more cared for, top notch for cleanliness and kindness. We also had lunch and two daisies, beer and small water at an average price

An enjoyable way to spend the day. Relaxed setting to enjoy the thermal baths & saunas (wet & dry).

Jets in indoor pool were powerful & felt good on our backs.

A short train ride from central Naples & a 10 minute walk from the station.

Staff friendly & receptionist spoke English & explained the various baths & facilities

The place is not looked after; everything is dated and tacky, which is kind of ok for the price you are paying. Stuff very rude; they didn’t know I understand Italian and they were doing rude comments on all costumers. No one at the till at the entrance told us what we needed, we had to ask for towels. Once in The main pool, they waited for us to get in the water to tell us very angrily that we needed hair caps.
Not enough facilities.

The location of this place is splendid and the thermal waters are brilliant. Having said that, this is where the positive things end: Dear owners of Stufe di Nerone, please do justice to this wonderful jewel of a place - it really, really needs a good clean and please get rid of the mould, it is detrimental to health. You cannot really advertise your wonderful spa and the lovely waters as a place that is good for everybody's health when we know the effects of mould on respiratory health. I am a lover of spas and your place is in one of the most wonderful locations ever, with its 2000 year old history - but please, do it some justice, especially if you take 30 Euros per person!
