A Foxtrail is a mixture of sightseeing, scavenger hunt and escape game where the trail of the virtual fox has puzzles and hidden messages for you that have to be found and solved so that you can find the next post. But watch out the fox is very cunning now and then - but if you can't get any further, just call the free helpline and get back on track. You can only achieve your goal with team spirit, skill and intelligence!

The app didn't work on 2 smartphones. The first destination was therefore not visible. The office for the tickets and postcard has changed. No description can be found. Booked at 1:45 p.m., but the helpline doesn't open until 2 p.m. The person on the phone couldn't help us.

I had fun while the system worked. However, your phone needs to be set up to receive calls from Switzerland, which we did not know. We tried to log in to get started, and never received a text with the first clue. We had to wait 30 minutes until their office opened (10 am), and could not do several of the clues, since they required receiving text messages. The company needs to make accommodations for other phone systems. But the concept is amazing!

Super family day: this was our third trail with our daughters, now 11 years old, the first when they were 9. We really love the way it is set out, not too easy, not too difficult although I believe each time we had to use the online support. It‘s a very entertaining way to keep the kids engaged and while enjoying the beautiful city of Zürich and brings you to new places each time.

We have booked 3 trails for our company event, one of them being this one.
It was a great balance between seeing the city center, city views and landmarks. The clues and different steps were interactive and engaging (especially the owl one!).
The Foxtrail management team was very accommodating and responsive during the organization prior to the activities but also during them when we needed help. I would definitely recommend this trail but also just putting together the event with them!
