Guide never showed up at the meeting site. . . Requested a refund and hoping to get it. Super disappointed!!!

The tour operator never showed for the tour and the location address was very vague.. It was very unprofessional and beyond disappointing!
I am expecting a full refund for the no show.

This tour was fantastic. Our lovely guide Daniela took use through the Industrial Quarter and West Zurich, which conveniently has the newest/greatest restaurants in the city. She explained that the city started building up this quarter over a decade ago, and loosened restrictions on who could open a restaurant and how late it could be open. The result was the development of this super young, fun, and creative string of restaurants with international cuisine. I would caution this tour wouldn’t be appropriate for vegans (vegetarian and possibly gluten free would be OK but would recommend coordinating in advance) and that the tour is NOT traditional Swiss cuisine (which is exactly why we booked it). You will visit six stops in three hours, so it is a great way to sample a variety of international dishes so you have a “go-to” place for later during your trip.

The guide was excellent.... she really explained the history of Zurich West well... also, the restaurant picks were great...

Great experience! Hidden gems we would not have found on our own.

Need better directions for beginning of trip. Hard to understand where to wait /be met.

Great experience in West Zurich! Our tour guide, Maria, was fabulous. So many different food tastings - come with an empty stomach! Only negative was the meeting location was a little confusing - all 5 participants had trouble finding. Overall very worth the money!

Maria provided us with a wonderful tour. Places we visited were excellent. Service at these places was top notch. We would recommend this tour to anyone. If we had an issue, it was the location of the starting point. We took tram 4 to the Tony Apperal station way out into West Zurich into an area of businesses. It did not appear to be a place to begin a food tour. Ultimately, we saw Maria standing near the debarkation of the line 4 tram line. It would’ve eased our minds if she held a flag or someway to recognize her. Her name tag was not seen until we became very close. As I said before, it was an excellent tour, and we highly recommended it to everyone that we met in Zürich.

Had a lovely time exploring West Zurich a d trying unique foods and drinks. All the locations we stopped at were great. Highly recommend.
