You will get to sample and carefully select the grape varieties you want in your wine, mix, try, taste again, make improvements, and finally make your own wine under the guidance of a qualified sommelier. After doing this, you'll bottle your wine ,wax your bottle and design a custom label for your very own wine bottle, so you can take your own bottle of wine with you when you leave our atelier!

We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring the world of wine tasting, guided by the incredibly knowledgeable and engaging host, Foteini. Not only did we learn fascinating historical facts about wine, but we also had the opportunity to blend and bottle our very own wine, complete with personalized labels. A truly unforgettable experience!

If you are a wine lover that's one of the best tasting you will ever experience! Our host/sommelier was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the experience incredible fun for our small group. Learned a lot about the wines, varietals, blends and history of the wine. It was fun trying mixtures to blend your own wine. and rewarding to make personal blend that matched our individual tastes. Luv the guidance and the process. A definite if you want to learn how to produce your own wine!!
At first did not know what to expect but the amount of knowledge and fun we gain from this experience was immerse! Not only you learn how to taste wine and how to evaluate a good wine but you actually make you own wine bottle based on your preferences and personal taste , what a unique memory at the end we took our own bottle with our own personal label with us at home!!
