Stonehenge Special Access Guided Evening Tour from London

My wife and I took a wonderful day trip from London to Stonehenge which included a stop at Avebury which was also a great part of the trip. Getting to go into the inner circle at Stonehenge was one of the top highlights of our trip to Great Britain. The tour guide and driver were great. The bus was very comfortable. We met some very nice people on the tour.

It was amazing being able to go inside of the stone circle knowing only so many are allowed to do so per day. Don’t miss out on doing this experience.

I highly recommend this tour. The bus was comfortable and clean, the driver excellent, and the guide really knowledgeable and helpful (I was travelling solo and he was always ready to help with a picture!). There is enough time to really profit of every place without having the impression of being chased.
Avebury and Silbury Hill are great places, but in my opinion, the star of this tour is logically Stonehenge.
Being so close to the stones was an incredible experience and a unique opportunity to feel the "real" vibes and all the magical history of this sanctuary. One in a lifetime experience!
One small advice: if there are ill people in the tour, it could be good that the guide provide face masks, although I know it’s not easy to handle that kind of situations and everyone is accountable of their own actions. There was an elderly couple who were really really sick and didn’t stop coughing and sneezing all the trip in the bus, which made it uncomfortable for all the passengers and specially those who were just besides them for 2-3 hours in a closed space.

It was so incredible to be able to walk among the stones in a small group in the evening. The light was beautiful. It was wonderful to get pictures without other people in them.
We saw where the regular tours are allowed to walk. It was not very close to the stones, let alone in amongst them. It is worth every penny to book a special access tour like this.
Our guide was great and the bus driver was too. I highly recommend booking a tour with Anderson Tours.

The after hours, 10 hour trip to Stonehenge and other sites was the grand finale to our 3 week European vacation and Anderson Tours delivered! Our guide Richard was approachable, knowledgeable and easy to listen to. We highly recommend them!

It was a amazing experience, being so close to the stones was a once in a life time opportunity!! Great tour with a good schedule and our guide Hayley was very nice and friendly.

This trip was absolutely awesome from start to finish. The young tour guide made such an effort to make us all feel special and his demeanor was great. The monuments were stunning. Stonehenge was beyond belief. Being able to enter the circus was mind blowing. I will definitely return.
