Used Poland active as we were unable to book a French tour directly from the official site. Efficient option as all is organised and makes the trip very easy. Would recommand.

Obviously a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau is a sobering event but it's hard to imagine not going when in the area. Michael kindly provided our private transfer to and from the location and he was informative and friendly - kudos to him for his role in making this a good experience. Our guide in the camps was also excellent as she walked up through the buildings and also shared a bit of her own personal connection. Overall I can't think of any way in which this trip could have been improved - it was very efficiently organized and exactly as described.
