Surfers Paradise River Cruises was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Tarn greeted us with a warm smile and efficiently handled our booking at the check-in. Her friendly demeanour set the tone for the excursion, making us feel instantly at ease.

Once aboard, Lou welcomed us with open arms, taking care of us with a smile. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that Lou was a fellow Kiwi, hailing from just 2 kilometres away from our home in Auckland. This connection added an extra layer of warmth and familiarity to the journey, making us feel right at home.

As we settled in, Captain MJ took the helm, providing expert commentary that enriched our understanding of the landmarks and history along the Nerang River and Gold Coast Broadwater.

As we cruised, Lou made sure my wife and I were well taken care of, offering a variety of refreshing drinks and delicious nibbles. While I took on the responsibility of driving, my wife indulged (graciously!) in a couple of strawberry daiquiris, adding an extra layer of enjoyment (giggles!) to our leisurely journey. Lou's attentive service ensured that we could both fully relax and savor every moment of the cruise.

A relaxing, smooth ride, with informative commentary and excellent hosting by Nicole and Louise who couldn't do enough for the guests. Our family enjoyed the great views, the rooftop ride and seeing the river side of the GC (& the cheap cocktails went down a treat!). Definitely recommend this tour.

wonderful experience, great value for money, nice boat, friendly and informative staff, complimentary cheese and crackers, onboard bar to purchase drinks, would do again for a lunch or sunset cruise

Fantastic trip, the Crew members Nicole and Captain Pete (sorry not sure of the other lady's name) where very knowledgeable and entertaining!! We were lucky enough to spot some dolphins and they stopped the cruise for a little while for us to watch them. Would highly recommend this trip it was lovely and relaxing and the team could not do enough for you. Five stars 🌟

Great value - we paid aus$50 at the tourist information . The cruise was 1.5 hours from 2pm-3.30, and as much cheese and crackers as one could eat . Inexpensive cocktails . Last 45 min they were aus $ 10 each
It was a lovely afternoon and fun to see the canals . The time was perfect .
The crew were very friendly . Highly recommend

It was lovely casual and peaceful trip. Was up top as we thought we’d get better views. It was too hot definitely recommend bottom. We are nzders though so it was a very hot day for us being 31 degrees.

We weren't sure what to do whilst in Surfer's with there being quite a lot of choice but saw a leaflet for the river cruise in our hotel. Our room overlooked the river and it looked great so thought we'd do the cruise.
The captain was extremely friendly and knowledgeable telling us lots of facts about the area and answering any questions people had. He even let people drive the boat!
The bar on board was great and it was fantastic to have a drink on the top deck of the boat looking at the views. They had free suncream too which we thought was a great addition.
We would definitely recommend this tour.
