I got two tickets for the catacombs and Seine river tour, I paid €199 for 2 tickets, the catacombs only cost €29 pp and Seine was €18 pp so Viator made €100 for nothing, there is cheaper and better operators out there, please stay away, merci

Buyers beware / scam alert
We went to the catacombs yesterday and bought tickets from this app. We arrived there, no tickets received, email received but we were told that a bar code is needed and we were not having one in our email confirmation, not able to reach the operators as we tried multiples times, no replied on our text messages sent on the platform, basically no services from viator neighter from our person that we bought tje tickets from Jeremy Creunot, a great chance that employes at the catacombs site were really helpfull and gave is the opportunity to buy tickets even if they were sold out, really really really good service from the employes at the site, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON AND BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE CATACOMBS AS IT WILL SAVE YOUR SAY. THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR TIME AND YOU WILL AVOID FRUSTRATION /// NEVER AGAIN

Amazing experience. Easy to follow booking instructions as long as you read confirmation emails to print the QRcode as they must scan it, not just confirmation number.

Staff was rude and obnoxious. Thought didn’t understand French so yelled at for a while before changing language and not quite saying the same thing. Either way, accused of something did not do. Did not experience this anywhere else, but this is reason for reputation.
Of course must be respectful and to be accused of not was insulting. Horrible given this is what would be called unique and a must see. Did not ruin experience but tainted it. The fact that it’s first thing remember about it and not the catacombs says everything

The workers here were absolutely terrible!!!! They kept asking for a different ticket (other than the one that scans) then when I tried to show them they ignored me and just left me standing in the cold. They asked which tour I Was there for I answered them and they said we don’t know what that is when I tried to show them they ignored me again when I finally got to speak to someone else they were also rude. They then told me if I didn’t know what I was doing I could buy another ticket all this because the guy couldn’t scan my ticket. When I asked if he could try a different scanner he ignored me again. Finally my husband asked different person could he please try scanning with his scanner and what do you know it worked right away. Overall awful experience!!!

Arrived there and it was impossible to get tickets! It’s easy to send them though! It took the intervention of someone who manipulated the email to finally obtain them! So I am very unhappy with this experience. Especially since the price paid was three times higher than that charged at entry! Never again this sad experience!

The actual catacombs themselves was a great experience as was the River cruise. My issue was with the instructions and ability to get the tickets. I have used Viator for many tours but this one I had problems getting the tickets. The email and the app kept me a circle back and forth and I couldn’t get them. The gentleman inside the catacombs finally helped us get into support where the tickets were hidden in the app. I have never seen that before. Additionally not much help with exactly where to go at the Port. Not even a dock number. This one needs a little work to be more user friendly.
