Both trips good. I could not figure out how to get entry barcodes in your app so had to photo them into my memory. Not ideal but got entry to both.

It is not possible to buy tickets to the Louvre in the entrance so this is a great option with timed entrance, we didn’t get the chance to do the cruise because the tickets were sent to us only 12hrs before and we didn’t have time for it. We bought adult tickets but no kid tickets because kids are free although they say you need a reservation (that isn’t true) but I asked the agency and they just answered that they didn’t offer kids tickets but didn’t know anything else, that left me waiting and a little nervous, but at the door they told us it was no problem. I wish the agency would of told me sooner. You can buy the timed entrance directly at the louvre site if you do it with anticipation.

I thought we would skip the queue with these tickets, but it just meant you secured your place to queue to get in! We were queuing for about 45 mins, which meant we had little time to actually look around the Louvre as tickets were booked at 3pm. But generally the Louvre was great (very busy, but we did go on New Year's eve, so to be expected). Next time I would book direct with the Louvre, but because the tickets had sold out direct, this was the next best choice.
The Seine River cruise was great and was a bonus as probably wouldn't have thought about doing it if it wasn't for the offer through Viator.
I had a few questions about the trip, the agency it was booked through were very responsive and helpful.

It was very busy but our tickets were sent out the day before, as promised, and we were let into the museum with no problem.

The package gave the impression an audio tour was provided for the Louvre or at least an electronic device which wasn't the case. We only discovered this at the museum and they were sold out so we had to go without which took away from the experience and made it hard to fully appreciate and enjoy the Louvre. The boat tour was cut short because the river was too high.
We didn't get our Louvre tickets until the last minute which made us nervous and left us wondering if everything was okay.

Very nice and easy for last moment booking for the Louvres museum & a cruise on the river Seine.
Pay attention that you can not change your payment details after the booking; the only way to change is to CNL it and rebook few hours after. But excellent way to get tickets for overbooked events
