Driver didn’t speak English, audio kept failing and wasn’t in time with where we were. Didn’t follow route on Viator. Took us to a random church and walked round a cemetery! Barely saw Duomo and no audio. Took 2 hours rather than 90 minutes as driver went off piste! Disappointed for the money we paid for this.

Enjoyable tour, and got to see some great sights. Punctuality isn’t there best though. Was 20 mins late for tour before and then our driver didn’t show so 20 minutes late as had to join another. I would recommend it though as got a really good idea of the city and got to see places I wouldn’t of perhaps been able to.

This tour is well worth the money. You get to see and get a feel for all the places in Florence. The guide was great and very professional and allowed you time to take pictures.

The poor isn't for the tour; it's because we got delayed and had to cancel at the last minute. I understand that such cancellations make the ticket non- refundable, although $130 is a steep penalty.

This was perfect to see all the areas of Florence, especially for first time visitors. We loved the complete tour ending at Piazzale Michelangelo. We had a young child with us and she loved it. Aziz was our driver and he was so much fun and informative. I recommend this tour for all.

We met Charlie on a rainy day end of April. Charlie was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us all the sites. He made a rainy day in a beautiful city feel like sunshine. Relatively inexpensive and well worth it. Highly recommend

It was the great idea to take the golf cart.
It’s easy to travel the city and to get closer to all the cities attractions.
The driver, Marta, was very nice and patient. I would recommend this golf cart to anyone who wants to avoid walking too much and also avoid the traffic in Rome.

The driver did not show - rang the contact number 15 mins after the meet up time - asked why I hadn’t rung earlier!!! Said they would contact the driver. Waited ten minutes- rang again told to wait another 5-10 mins. Rang again - told on its way. In the end another driver was asked to take us as the original driver was not picking up. After 45 mins our new driver was brilliant and we had a fantastic tour.

Amazing tour of all the important sights in Florence especially Piazzale Michelangelo. We were a group with young children and senior citizens and it was easier to go round and enjoy in a short period of time.
