Ross was a great guide!
Be prepared to wait at stops for people buying tickets.
FYI. Skip the Guinness Storehouse Experience on the tour. You have to make reservations ahead of time and it's $20 euro to basically get a pint of Guinness and pay for the privilege of shopping in their store. The tour itself is self guided smoke and mirror show. No real value there.

What a good way to get acquainted with the city. Lots of information about many places and everything is very clear. Hilarious guide who tells all about Dublin.

I never received the tickets or vouchers. On my way to Big Bus to see if I can use them today. I messaged them twice, never got a response

I have scored 2/5 stars because the tour guides / drivers were lovely.
The minus 3 stars are because that frequency of buses was poor - which lead to long wait times throughout the day which meant I did not get to explore as much of Dublin as I would’ve liked.

Overall we were disappointed by the experience and found it varied across the three buses we used. There was a recorded commentary that gave some interesting snippets of information but was not audible in some seats on the first bus. This is a good way to get to some of the further out attractions in Dublin although you can easily lose quite a bit of time waiting up to half an hour for a bus to arrive.

On the 29th September I had the pleasure of the Big Bus Tour of Dublin. The Guide was Ross who was welcoming ,entertaining, informative and so humorous. One of the best Guides I have ever had the pleasure of listening to, someone who obviously enjoys his job and loves Dublin . A really good way of getting to know Dublin, its history and about the lives of its people. Thank you Ross so much.
