Ramen and Gyoza are becoming even more famous than Sushi and Tempura in the world. Ramen is a noodle dish with delicious soup and many different toppings. In this class, we will make home-style Ramen. Gyoza is a dumpling with minced pork and vegetable stuffing. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to make Ramen and gyoza at your home? (*We will make the soup from the scratch. We don’t use instant package.)

Yuca's cooking class was great. Yuca is super friendly and has a lovely and clean home. She walks you through the whole process and provides recipes to take home with you. The food was great and the experience with other travelers made it fun. Would recommend!

We celebrated Christmas Day with Yuca cooking amazing ramen and gyoza! From start to finish Yuca was a lovely host and a great teacher. We really enjoyed the company of the fellow travellers in the class. I am a vegetarian and Yuca had no problems switching things out so I could enjoy the dishes as well. Yuca's home was so warm and inviting, especially her family's lego creations. I couldn't recommend this experience enough and want to thank Yuca for being in the top 5 experiences of our 2-week trip to Japan!

As cooking amateurs, we booked Yuca’s class to learn about Japanese cuisine and techniques.
Yuca is an amazing teacher, full of energy and really keen to share all her knowledge about Japanese cuisine and culture.
The fact that the class is held in her house allowed us to get a fully immersive experience.
The course is really participative and cooking time is shared between all guests so we all get a chance to cook (I will beef up my gyoza pizza flipping game ...).
To top it all off, Yuca brought us to the local supermarket where we could buy the ingredients she used in her class to make our own ramen & gyozas at home.
Thank you so much Yuca-san. We'll be back!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed YUCa’s cooking class! She is a wonderful and kind lady with so much knowledge! The food experience was amazing! I highly recommend the Ramen and Gyoza cooking class with YUCa san. It was the last planned activity of our two-week trip, and it was definitely one of the highlights. A great class starts with a great instructor and YUCa san was just that! The class was well-paced and she was patient throughout. Because it is a small group size, everyone was able to participate at various points in the cooking processes that resulted in a meal that we could all enjoy together. The local supermarket tour after class finished was fun as well! YUCa san not only made sure to point out the ingredients that we used during class, but also some of her favorite snacks so we could bring them back home for our friends, family, and selves to enjoy. Don't miss out on this awesome experience if you're in Tokyo!

Yuca provided us with the most wonderful experience in her cooking class. We learnt so much about not only how to prepare ramen & gyoza, but also the history of the food and helpful tips and tricks for preparation. We felt very welcome in Yuca's home - and felt we were getting an 'authentic' Japanese experience away from the tourist centre of Tokyo (but still in a very accessable location). I highly recommend this class to anyone and everyone - thank you so much Yuca!

Yuca is an amazing teacher, very accessible, from beginners to cooking experts.
The class is held at her house, which gives a Japanese immersion into minimalism lifestyle.
The class is not only about cooking it is also about Japanese cultures & traditions; meaning learning the gastronomic specialities of the Japanese prefectures.
Cooking time is shared between all guests, we did practice to reach a perfect gyoza pleat.
Yuca is always very helpful and super friendly.
We finished the class by eating our preparations and everything was delicious 💕
To end the session, Yuca show us her local supermarket, where we could buy all ingredients to make our own ramen & gyozas at home.
Which we did and we cannot wait to try it !
We loved this class and we highly recommend to book this class if you like cooking and if you are visiting Tokyo.
