An exceptionally well performed Tango show. Hostess and servers were fantastic and very friendly. Many spoke English. The dancers are experienced and so professional. The costume changes are well coordinated with the live music so that the audience is never bored. The food was exceptional! The wine was very good and they are happy to refill frequently. For your entree, I highly recommend the fresh fish option. My wife had the pasta and enjoyed that as well. The flan for dessert was delicious. It was a bit long for me, and almost for my wife. Perhaps we were just weary travelers having arrived in Buenos Aires that morning. We had attended a different and less expensive dinner/tango show years ago and this was far and away better and more impressive. Definitely worth the higher price.

If you want to be awed since you arrive, go to the Red Tango Show at Faena Hotel. Since you walk in through the door all is beautiful, the dinner was outstanding, the water, champagne, and wines NEVER stop flowing. The service is unparalleled, everyone wanted to please us and all we wanted was given with a smile. The Tango show was a cabaret production at its BEST, the musicians, the singers, the outfits and the dances were jaw dropping. If you go to Buenos Aires this show is a MUST.

My recommendation, despite beautifully skilled performers, is find another tango show. This one is soooo over priced. I expected over the top service and amazing food. We got an over eager taxi driver rushing us, and food that was at best mediocre, especially when compared to the amazing dining experiences you can have in BA. The dancers themselves are exquisite. One song is burlesque style and i wish they'd done more because it was a highlight. The overall quality of the show is hit and miss. Poorly fitting costumes, a highly "produced " feel, vocalists screaming into mics that they don't need because they are standing 6 feet away from you. None of this would have born mention if the show was 50 bucks, but it's hundreds of dollars, and is not worth it. Spend your money on a gorgeous 5 course meal somewhere else, get an Uber, see a different cheaper show, and you will probably have a way better experience.
