Fabulous experience with rafting. Excellent safety, direction and support in place. You really need to be physically able to walk up & down at least 100 steps to the rafting then backup again. Water is not deep & rapids move gently.
ATV bikes was an exciting experience. Again safety & support in place. Food in both places was delicious ?

The Rafting and ATV was excellent ! One thing to be aware of it that the TripAdvisor terms and conditions for the ATV bike were that to ride the ATV solo, you had to be 12 or older. Once you get there, their documents only allow riders 15 and over solo. There seems to be a frustrating disconnect between Trip Advisor and d the actual people running the tour (our kid is 13).

A lot of fun, all with very friendly staff.
Never felt unsafe or worried, though the walk down and back from the river can be taxing

White water rafting was both fun and beautiful! I went with my 9 year old. It was both of our first time wwr and we loved it! Would definitely do it again!
It rained hard on us on the ATV ride but that might have just added to the fun! So much water and mud. We rode a tandem w my son on the seat behind me. He said it was the best part of our trip!

Driver was late to pick us up from Nusa Dua,
So when he picked us up he said it was a 2 hour drive due to traffic.
I asked driver to take us back to Hotel,We didn’t end up doing the experience as 4 hours travel.
company should definitely say in add that it’s a 2 hour drive from Nusa Dua

The driver pick-up and communication was timely and the drive through the overcrowded streets was safe. We were greeted and advised that the tour would start in 15 minutes and offered a locker against a deposit which was refunded on return of the key. The guide “Tiger” was extraordinary. He fitted us out with safety gear and we took a drive on a general purpose vehicle to the entry of the path were the rafting started. About 300 uneven steps down to the water and then a safety instruction. The rafting was grade 1-2 rapids but would depend on how much rain they had.
We stopped at a waterfall for a photo shoot opportunity and a small made-up store for refreshments (overpriced). We slid down a weir (small scale dam) in a controlled way as it was fenced off with no risk of the raft tumbling.
The whole experience took 3 hours from start to finish. The exit is about 200 uneven steps up. The scenery is magnificent, you see rain forest, carvings in wall on the river bank and pass past a couple of nice properties.
On return we were offered a simple (chicken, rice cabbage, noodles) meal and water, showers, change rooms and a towel. There was an opportunity to buy 1-5 photos for 100,000 Rp which was around $10AU.
A great experience and thanks to Tiger it was safe and fun.

Watch out for the staff of tour and staff of half way stop for snacks as they force you into giving them money for tips and snack lady forced me into buying guide beer. Really was not happy with being pressured into giving more money when I should have the choice if I want to buy guide a drink or tip. Also expect to pay extreme prices for photos . I paid 1,000,000 for photos of both activities. Will never come back to this tour place again
