Our transport service was on time & safe. Van was clean with good AC. Kudos to Manuel , both our driver on arrival & departure were very respectful.

Lake of service, short of staffs , room outlet won’t work, you have to hold your device to be connected.
Two Elevators one was not working whole week
The second on stoped as well, when I reported to the front desk he said Call 9.
Also broken hand rail steps at third floor which is a hazard for people.
Lake of management
I will give the Two Stars.

Could not recommend this more! This was the best way to arrive and depart. The company is professional and easy to work with. They communicate well both thru the app or via WhatsApp. Very kind and professional and very easy to engage with. We loved this service.

Driver was nice but it was so chaotic leaving the airport and my name wasn’t on the board when we first came out. It was just really stressful

We had a great experience however we heard from many other guests who indicated that the charter airline vacation staff were extremely pushy for tips!

The Rio Republica gave a great experience. From the moment of checking in to the time we left. Esther was the amazing representative that took great care of our stay from excursion booking to making sure we were comfortable. She was always smiling and very welcoming. The facilities were clean and throughout our stay people were busy keeping it clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was good and plentiful.
