I visited Holland 47 years ago and spent time at the old Heineken tourist spot. My memory of it is very different except for the beers at the end., very impressed with the new concept and happy the beers at the end remained the same.

Nicely done experience and a lot of fun. Interactive displays were a nice touch. Getting 2-1/2 beers was an absolute hit!

A complete waste of my time overcrowded staff giving the talks would started without everyone fitting into the room we could hear them shouting but could not see what they were talking about. Left once we could get out through the crowd and sticky floors in the bar (without free drinks it was that bad)

The only downside was the Heineken Experience forgot to mention they had elevators to take us to different floors. But when we explained that we were unable to complete the Experience and just wanted to get to the end and relax they were more than helpful. Based on the staff I'd love to go back and continue the Experience.
The Canal Cruise was definitely worth the money. Overall I think this was well worth the money.

Heineken tour was quick but unlimited beers in the bar area was nice. Canal cruise you could do at anytime and was located right across the street. Easy walk from the port—about 1.5 miles one way.

Super fun. We were able to take the canal tour the next day. We went with our adult sons and we all enjoyed the interactive experience Heineken has created for their tour. Well done.

Once again, Viator failed to deliver. Even after showing the tour operator the QR code and ticket, they said they had no record.
After a 25-minute overseas call all Viator could do was refund my money ( How lucky I wasn't charged for a tour they didn't deliver)
My recommendation would be to book direct and leave Viator out of the picture

Went there while our wives went to Van Gogh museum and it kept us busy with some beers, interesting how it all started with old machines and how it evolved.
