Our friends & is booked this adventure when we got to our resort. It is a very long day for one. Our guide spoke Spanish & not much English for us which made it hard for us to get info about surroundings. He sang horribly & played Lloyd music all the time. The lunch was not great. Long ride in the open air vehicle. The boat was older & rails weren't secure & neither was the roof. Didn't see any life jackets but a little kids. Them we get to the horse back riding part & at the end our kids leading the horses told us they needed $20 US because the company gets the rest??? WTH? That's a lot of money for them to lead a horse. To see the waterfall you have to walk 286 steps down & of course back up again which was difficult for our friends. That should be in the brochure. Then to end it all before our boat ride home was done the young man pulled out a jug that said tips& blew a whistle. We felt this to be very tacky. I don't think I would recommend this adventure through this company.
