This was absolutely amazing... I have no words to describe what an incredible experience this was! The crew was friendly and very professional. Great knowledge shared over a bottle of Champagne afterwards at 08h00. I was amazed to hear that ballooning had been done for three centuries, more so discovering that the maiden flight was done by a 'sheep'...

Was one of the most amazing experiences ever, definitely a bucket list item ticked off for most of us and no regrets. Our best company year end function yet. Thanks to Debtmanager (Pty) LTD for this opportunity. Then thanks to Marc and his crew, absolutely insane effort from preparation to getting us off the ground to the most insane flight over Cradle Moon and then landing right onto the trailer. Crew very helpful and as excited as we where for our first hot air balloon adventure. Thanks guys we will get your adventure out there for others to enjoy and experience.

This was such an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything about this tour was incredible. We arrived to a beautiful lodge and were treated to coffee and tea - we even got to see the beginnings of a beautiful sunset. We were transported to the balloon launch sight where we got to see the balloons being inflated, and started our flight shortly after. During the flight, our pilot Harold pointed out several areas of the Cradle of Humankind, and we got to see rhinos, zebras, wildebeests, impala, and even an emu! The views were breathtaking.
Following the flight, we toasted with champagne and orange juice and headed back to the lodge for quite the breakfast buffet! It was a delicious spread.
From start to finish, the experience felt like a dream and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great experience for the couple looking to have a romantic flight on their own. Organisation and communication of arrangements was efficient, with all the staff, especially the pilot, being friendly and courteous. Good value for money if looking for a more personal experience.

The company arranged everything last minute, very professional.
The guide was on time and friendly, albeit nervous and not a timeous communicator at that time of the morning when you require some direction.
Also the company requested us to be there too early on threat of cancellation, only went up about an hour later.
Greeting was average on arrival in the dark, everything organized but refreshments could have been better for the price. No snacks as advertised, only basic coffee and tea in basic crockery.
The ride itself was lovely, three sightings - few gemsbok, two rhino, and some bushbuck. But doesn't seem like a widely stocked reserve so not really worth taking this option.
Very small basket, kind of cramped, doesn't go very high, and the view is pretty average in the area. Not much going on. Over before you know it.

The exclusive safari flight is a lot pricier than the group trip but it proved to be well worth the investment as the experience was out of this world. The trip was a special birthday treat for my husband and he couldn't have been more thrilled with his experience. My interaction with the company both before the trip and on the day was always professional, helpful and friendly. Booking was an easy and efficient process on their website, and the follow-up interactions were no less efficient. The trip on the day was peaceful and beautiful with a unique viewing perspective from the sky. We saw a fair number of animals, as well as a scenic gorge and rivers. I would definitely recommend the experience as a gift for someone who might have everything. AirVentures is definitely the company to do it with and the sparkling wine and breakfast after the flight was just the magical touch one needed to conclude a surreal morning experience.
