I’m sure I would have rated this tour at five stars had our guide’s spoken English been intelligible. He clearly knew his stuff but he failed to communicate it effectively.

Really interesting but we felt it was really rushed crammed together and we couldn’t hear the guide. Head sets are needed for those at the back . Too much information to read before being moved onto the next stage . Worth the queue jump but would have done it on our own for a better experience .

Very good organsiation, on time, excellent guide. The only problem is that the rooms are quite small, somehow overcrowded with material and people, thus the group of some 25 was quite large and it was sometimes difficult to follow and to listen (but this is mainly due to the narrow museum rooms). We liked that the museum showed not only the story behind Schindler and his factory, but also the suffering of the Polish society in general.

The trip was a success, an interesting place, very good organization, interesting stories by Mr. Guide and, most importantly, no queues🙂👍

Very informative guide but the group size didn’t lend itself to the small confines of the museum. It was often hard to hear the guide due to being so far back and there was constant interruptions from visitors not with our tour who were trying to squeeze past our large group.

Without a doubt the history of the exhibit and the knowledge of the tour guide was amazing..however, they really need a rethink on how to present the guided tour.
1. Because of the relatively small space in the building the group of 20 is far too big. The exhibits referred to by the guide couldn't be seen by most of the group and the ones furthest away really couldn't hear what was being said.
2. If you have any knowledge of Poland and the persecution of Jews then the factory museum doesn't really tell any more of the specifics of what Schindler did and the workings of the factory. All the original equipment has been removed and the actual factory area is now an art museum.
3. As you on a guided tour you get very little chance to stop and study individual exhibits if you are concentrating on the guide's presentation. Maybe at the end, customers should be allowed to walk back round the museum individually to take in things in your own time - this was not apparently an option.
4. The entry/exit is chaos, just far too congested
It wasn't disappointing, just that you could wrongly have expected a more specific tour concentrating on Schindler and his part and have time to read more of the information at your leisure having paid for entry to the museum.

Very knowledgable tour guide but far too big a group & the guide spoke so fast it was hard to keep up with her.
There were individual groups without a guide who kept walking through our group making it hard to gather round our guide to hear what she had to say!
