We did a walking and eat local foods with our tour guide named atilano. Such a great guide and very informative about the city of old Cartagena. Tasted the most amazing fruits and foods we wouldn’t have normally done. So good. Nice clean van and small group. Very glad we did this tour. Don’t hestitate to book and taste.

Manuel is an excellent guide! It uses many interesting facts about the city, its welcome is warm and makes the outing enjoyable. He is always aware of everything and everyone. We would definitely do another tour with him. By the way, he is an excellent photographer 😊

I had booked tour for 1:30 for group of four. Two from our group went ashore when the ship docked and found the tour was ready to leave and were expecting us NOW. Supposedly they had texted me, but I could not get texts and would not have looked for one. After hasty departure, tour was comfortable and informative. I was in Cartegena before and hoped to see, with my group, the open brick streeted area with large statue and pictures of beauty contest winners. Disappointed we did not go there as I thought that was really interesting.

Email on meeting location was very detailed, except they did not perform. No blue polo shirt, no sign, very poor. Once we were able to find our tour guide, things went well.

Benny the guide was very informative about the history and his thankfulness to the USA for our help with his country. It was SO nice to just have a small group, as opposed to a larger group on a big bus.

Difficult to get clear answers from tour operator. Tour meeting information on confirmation was wrong and almost missed pickup. One of the stops Viator listed was was not on guide's agenda. But the guide was good. Be prepared to be accosted by vendors at every stop.

My wife and I had difficulty finding a tour that was wheel chair accessible, but eventually found this one.
There were 10 of us in a small group. Our guide, Nico, was very experienced and the tour covered all of the important sights.
Several of the sights were not 100% wheel chair accessible, but Nico managed to get us into them. The other guests were very understanding and assisted Nico getting us through some tough spots.

The tour was OK, but seemed a bit rushed. Part of this is due to the crowds in the big city, but it seems like there was too much for the time allowed. The tour should be an hour or two longer to cover it well.
