We have used Grey Line Los Cabos for our airport to hotel transfer the past three years and will never use another transportation courier. About a week before our trip, Grey Line sent a confirmation email and let us know what to expect. They told us to ignore anyone in the airport claiming to be Grey Line and to proceed directly out of the airport and what clothing their staff would be wearing. Once we gave them our name, it only took about 10 minutes for our transportation to arrive. They gave us the date and time they would pick us up based on the information we provided when we booked the shuttle. We felt very safe to and from the hotel.

Transfer went smoothly. Bruno Lagunas was very helpful (Don't swear or yell at him. He has been doing this for 15 years and gets yelled at on the phone by many travelers every day!) He will take care of you. Thanks!

Booking Gray Line online was easy and convenient. When the company calls you or sends you an email with instructions after you pick up your bags, follow the instructions and DO NOT STOP anywhere on your way out to their staging area outside and don’t fall for anyone’s story inside. They are all trying to hook you in to a Timshare scam. Go straight outside to the Gray Line employees. You can’t miss them. There are a couple of bars outside if you have to wait awhile.

Excellent Service!!!! Once I arrive outside airport, it was easy to find the location. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who made the rest of my experience excellent. Will use Grayline service again.

Gray Line failed to confirm pick-up time for return trip to airport. Sent two emails, 2 days prior and 1 day prior to confirm time and never got a response. Call multiple times the day prior to our return flight and even had our hotel call and never got any response. Ultimately had to pay for taxi service to drive family to airport. Requested partial refund from Gray Line and they DECLINED and blamed us for the failure.
