You leave in the morning to Pisa, where you will have time to admire the magnificent cathedral, the baptistery, the monumental cemetery and the famous Leaning tower of Pisa. Fantastic trip round Tuscany, starting with Pisa and finishing up in beautiful Siena. We had a lovely guide Barbara who was so helpful and informative and our driver for the day was Alessandro. Lunch at the winery in Chianti region was delicious and paired with very good quality wines. A long day but worth it, highly recommend!

This tour with the tour guide Barbara was organized very poorly. Everything from the description of the meeting point to the tour guide transcript was confusing or disappointing.
Meeting point was listed as the tour company office in the Santa marina novella station. Upon reaching there, they informed us the actual meeting point a fifteen minute walk from the office. After telling us the actual meeting point, while walking to the actual meeting point, we are informed that the tour already left! I walked to the meeting point anyway to be sure and found that the tour was still at the location and thankfully we were able to board.
They were also pretty ridiculous and nosy when they decided to give people tables based on their identities or where they were from instead of assigning seats randomly or letting people choose where they wanted to sit on a first come first serve basis. It ended up being a very racist grouping since people from the same countries ended up eating together and separate from people from other countries, meaning Africans with Africans and Western Europeans with other Western Europeans.
It was a multi language tour and it gets really confusing to keep track of when to listen and when not to based on the language.
Overall a horrible experience.

The experiences was good, although not enough time in some places and the tour of Siena was rushed and not very good. The winery meal and organisation was average quality. Guide was helpful and site we visited were beautiful. Really enjoyed the world best gelato.

Our tour guide was absolutely lovely. They accommodated my dietary needs (and that is quite difficult for most companies.) Highly recommend this experience!

This was a complete waste of money! The day was too long and we were left starving. The bus was not air conditioned and the time at each location was too short. We were continuously fearful that the bus would leave without members of the group. Terrible

It was a great idea to see so many locations in one trip but only having about an hour in each place was NOT enough time. The meeting points were so far from the bus. The guide seemed uneducated in actual facts. The taste testing would have been nice to describe each food as we ate them, like with the wine. It was nice to see so much but I felt so rushed and unable to really see much at all.

We probably should have researched this one a little more. Tour guide Barbara was great. However, things to consider if booking…it is a very large group. We had nearly 80 on our tour and told can take around 90! - this means a lot of people to wrangle. Lots of time needed to coordinate this many people which impacts on time at each detonation. We had a very selfish group of women on our trip who were late at each stop. Despite being told the group would not wait, we did wait each time and I believe we lost at least 30-60 minutes during the day because of this. At one point the group got sick of waiting and asked the tour leader to leave them, but the selfish women (who were late as shopping each time) caught up given the massive size of the group. Additionally, we had less than an hour at each stop which wasn’t enough for the money we paid. It felt rushed. Next time I would chose a smaller group, with more time in each place and I would be more assertive with the tour leader about the late comers as they certainly have too much lenience with them for perpetually being late which impacted our experience.
