Excellent service and super guide Rocío Leyva, I really enjoyed it and I loved the entire tour I saw from the top to the government palace and the pedestrian streets, everything was very beautiful.

Rocío Leiva, our guide was very attentive, she explained a lot to us and took us to each place we wanted to visit, she also coordinated the activities so that we could appreciate the sunset from Cerro San Cristóbal. Very good option for those who want to walk around Santiago and see its attractions in a very enjoyable half day.

Juan seemed great at first. Then you could tell something was off. We didn't see half the items, we didn't do the Teleferico (Cable Cars) and just did the Funicular both ways. He didn't go with us to any of the locations but just pointed us where to go and when to be back. We didn't get any of the promised tastings. No empanadas and not Mote con huesos. Even when we asked. At one point, we were leaving a parking place and he had to pay for parking. Juan said he didn't have any money and ask all of us to help donate for parking. I gave like $0.60 cents and another person gave a dollar. Pretty funny but we didn't actually see any of the city. What a waste of our money - and too bad because it could have been an amazing tour.

Manny the Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He had historical facts at his fingertips. We tasted a local drink with peaches and wheat, and he treated us to delicious empanadas at a sidewalk cafe. I recommend this tour with Manny.

Great way to see central Santiago with a knowledgeable guide. Many Santiago experiences cancelled due to limited reservations, which was frustrating as a visiting tourist. However, even though I was the only one scheduled for that day, this company honored their commitment and I am very appreciative of that. My guide, Manuel was excellent! He was friendly, informed, spoke great English
and gave invaluable context and background to all that we saw.
