Really Great experience with my 8 and 10 year old. AJ did a fantastic job explaining things for them in a way that was fun and engaging. The catacombs experience was so cool and one I wouldn't have known about if I didn't see it listed on LivTours. The private kid-centered tours are well worth the money.

Tiffany was a great tour guide for the catacombs and San Clemente church! It was our first tour in Rome and she did a wonderful job educating us on the history of those spaces and providing tips for a successful trip!

What a fantastic learning experience this tour was for the whole family! Patrizio, our guide, was very informative, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend checking this tour and tour company when visiting Italy!

This was an excellent tour! Our tour guide Tiffany was sooooo knowledgeable about the catacombs. Her enthusiasm for teaching us and answering questions made the learning even more enjoyable. She was also excellent with my toddler, and it was so so nice to have a mom who understands toddlers as a guide! At the end of the tour, I was left wishing we could do more tours with Tiffany. The book my daughter got was wonderful- an excellent addition to our bookshelves!

It was so hot in Rome when we were there that we were trying to prioritize air-conditioned and/or indoor tours for our kids during the daytime. And even though they were 5 and 7yo, we figured an underground (and therefore cooler than outside) tour of catacombs and the crypt would fit the bill (along with the A/C van en route). But apparently kids that young are a rarity on this tour - yet our tour guide John did a phenomenal job catering it to them. He made it so interesting that both kids continued to say he was their favorite guide of our whole trip! John spoke in a way they could understand, engaging them constantly with questions and answering their questions as well. John even recommended a great lunch spot for us afterward, which we definitely took him up on. If you're looking for a memorable and one-of-a-kind tour for your kids (whether this young or older), this would be a great option - especially if you luck out and have John as your guide like we did!

We learned so much on this tour! Both the catacombs and the crypts were fascinating. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very good with the 5-year-old in our group.
