I liked being picked up at a convernient location near my AirBNB, the provision of snacks and water as well as the personable driver who gave us a lot of information about the sights we visited and some additional information about Aruba.

The experience with this company was not good. I had a party of 11 and 2 of the passengers (which were my daughter and son n law)flight got delayed by an hour so I asked the driver could he wait for her. He said he had to call supervisor and the one that was holding sign with my name on it just looked as if she didn’t care. So we had to leave them. While we are headed to the resort my daughter called to say she was at the airport mind you we had left maybe 20 minutes ago. I understand everyone has rules but I have worked in customer service before and I know exceptions can happen if you wanna have a great business. I was very disappointed in this company because I feel as though they didn’t have any type of compassion at all. Also they said they couldn’t give me a refund. So I would never use this company if and when I return to Aruba. So I hope this review help anyone who thinks about using them.

Kini was waiting for us upon arrival and on time to take us back to airport. They were pleasant, helpful and the best part was they were half the price of the others we checked to accommodate our group of 46 employees. Highly recommend.

Kini Kini Transfers was great to use. We booked them about a month or two prior to going to Aruba. Due to flight issues, times needed to be changed for pick ups. No issues, they were very accommodating. Kini Kini office staff and driver were professional, timely and very easy to work with. We used them 3 times while on the beautiful island of Aruba. Ruud, our driver was a terrific guy. I am so glad I found you on line.
See you and especially Ruud next year in Aruba.

This company BY FAR exceeded our expectations. They picked up our group of 6 from the airport....brought us to our airbnb.....we scheduled our dinners ahead of time...they picked us up every evening 15 mins ahead of scheduled time. We had several drivers ALL with OUTSTANDING personality and helpfullness. Jason and Myron were EXTRA special to our group. They also transported us to an atv tour...and we emailed about availability for breakfast same day...and they could accommodate us within 30 minutes......Can not say enough about this OUTSTANDING company!!!......HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
