There is enough time, the arrangement is good, the meeting place is very convenient, the vehicle is comfortable, and the tour guide and driver are also very good. However, we can only eat McDonald's at noon, and there is no other choice. Everything else is okay. It is good to visit two major attractions in one day.

I would not do the camps and the salt mine all in one day as there is a lot of walking involved. They are both worth a visit but dont advise doing it together

I nearly missed this tour as the original day I booked, I was sent the wrong pick up address, however I was offered the next day which worked for me and legendary Cracow were really helpful. The times and places of the pickup do seem to change quite frequently so don’t count on these too much when you book. Once I got on the coach, I was grateful I booked this tour. Auschwitz is harrowing and an important thing to do to fully understand the scale of what happened and what is still happening all over the world. For me, it was the right decision to go to the salt mines in the same day, I needed something to do in the afternoon after Auschwitz. The salt mines were incredible, and we had a great guide. Michał our driver was perfect, got us around everywhere on time and came to find us when we exited from a different part of the salt mine. We hit some traffic on the way back so the trip was a little longer - I wouldn’t book tight dinner plans just in case.

A long day but well organised and definitely worth the time and money spent to do both activities. Pick up by our driver Janek was smooth and punctual at 9.45am. Janek then drove us and 3 others to the different sites and helped us with tour check-ins. We met up with his colleague, Marek, who guided us through Auschwitz-Birkenau. There are a lot of people visiting and the tour groups are large, but the headphone audio set up is very effective. The exhibitions with photographs and prisoners' belongings are informative and create a sombre picture of the atrocities that took place there.
After Auschwitz-Birkenau we drove 1.5 hours, where we were able to rest for dinner at a restaurant Janek recommended, then we joined the last tour of the day at 6.00pm at Wieliczka. The tour guide there, Veronica, was wonderful and provided a light-hearted end to an otherwise heavy day. Highly recommend adding on the salt mine to your visit if you've got time, and packing water and snacks for the day.

If you’re spending just few days in Krakow, I do recommend this combo tour. The driver, Janek, is very kind and available to answer any curiosity and the guide in Auschwitz, Marek, is very competent and willing to give extra information. The Salt Mine is a gem, with several beautiful and interesting rooms with sculptures and all the history behind will be explained.

One day before the excursion, at 4 p.m., we received a cancellation by email. No further telephone message or reason. As a result, we were no longer able to book a combined tour with another operator.

Very interesting full day at Auschwitz, Birkinau & the Salt mines. It was well organised by Piotr. He communicated with us in advance of the trip & gave us info throughout the day. He delivered a professional & safe service & I would definitely recommend.

My trip was cancelled at 15:46 the day before with no explanation offered. I then tried to book directly with Auschwitz but they were fully booked. I would conclude that the operator failed to book the entry tickets in advance. Pretty poor if one had travelled all the way to Krakow to have, almost the whole point of the visit cancelled at the last minute.
