Spend the day very actively and enjoy the trip from Krakow to the Morskie Oko lake. While about 2 hours of walking each way, you will experience the outstanding beauty of the nature in the polish Tatra mountains.
Morskie Oko literally means The Eye of the Sea. It is a lake that was formed from glaciers and is situated right next to the mountains what makes the view even more magnificient. The water filled the empty space that was made because of stones. Now it is home for many animals and a place for people to explore, what also benefits their health. It is always a beautiful experience to gain, no matter the season.
This journey will take 2 hours to drive each way depending on traffic. The driver may be up to 15 minutes late depending on agreed meeting location and time. It takes about 2 hours of walking to get to the Morskie Oko and another 2 hours to get back. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing.

We had a lovely time viewing the beautiful Morskie Oko lake. The walk isn't too strenuous. We thought we were going with a group and a guide due to how the wording was in the tour advert, but we were just dropped off. However, we actually quite enjoyed exploring it by ourselves. Maciek our driver was very friendly and helpful. Well worth the long drive.

Great day out! Micheal our tour guide was great! Really good English and very informative.
He made the longish drive very interesting on the way there and back.
He was friendly very helpful and allowed us to see so much in one day.
Really recommend ask for Micheal he will make your trip great!

Beautiful scenery during the drive to the mountains and back. A nice and accessible hike with amazing views of the mountains and mountain lakes. And on our way back our driver Janek provided us with extra information and tips to use during our stay in Poland.

Amazing day in a very beautiful part of poland. Our driver and guide, Janek, was really excellent, his english was very good and was very informative throughout the trip. He made the day very pleasant and we are really glad we had the pleasure of him showing us the lake and mountains, which were stunning. A must do if in krakow and would highly recommend this company and of course our driver Janek.

Milo from the Krakow Legendary was amazing on this trip. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us home too. He showed us some nice views on the car journey and was super helpful. He even let us borrow his own money as we didn’t bring cash, which is needed on this trip! The trip itself was amazing. There were many breath taking views in the mountains and at the lake! 100% recommend to anyone visiting!

Peter was very personable which made the event memorable. Peter was very interactive and communicative during the exploration. I very much enjoyed the cheese and jam tasting, church exploration, and included gazebo ride up to the mountaintop. It was very nice not having to plan and problem solve through driving around Krakow area. Peter took care of all of this for us.

Peter was excellent. Very knowledgeable driver and very kind! He let me sit in his car because o was freezing whilst he waited for my other friends to come back. Would 100% recommend.
