We were there with a group of four. The whole setup is pretty well designed, even from the outside. The escape itself was a bit strange. There is an intro film that´s barely visible and understandable and I think it talked about some buttons in the room but I could not pick up what they are for.
The only thing I was able to get from the film is that you can go through a game over door to leave anytime.
The Escape consists of several rooms and basically you have to find out a code to open the door to the next room via keypad. For some reason the keypads do not give you good feedback. So you don't know it they are operational. So no beep or so when they reset. You never know if you are at the beginning of the code sequence or somewhere in the middle. Some keypads do better, some worse, some do not even beep when pressed. This was extremely confusing for us, as you never know if you typed wrong or if that thing even works.
We had the right code on one lock but even when typing it, nothing happened and then the doors just oben randomly as they push you through the escape to get it done. You cannot connect what you are doing with what is happening because of that. Some installations have pretty bad sensors and only work when fiddled around with a lot. So feedback also feels kinda random.
After a while an assistant got in and helped us but even with him we could not enter the code to a safe etc. Having a bit more time than 10 minutes per room would be nice but it felt doors were just opened after 7-8 minutes to get forward. There could be more clues to the puzzles, as some are really not straight forward and can be misinterpreted. I did not enjoy getting pushed through an escape room by an assistant, as this resulted in a quite hectic situation where you cannot focus on the Escape itself. After all you want to find a solution on your own. Additional clues are ok after a while but I don't want a tour guide in an escape room.
The decoration of the Escape is superb and very detailed. I wish the puzzles and equipment could be refined because it has the potential to be great but it is far from that at the current state. Also I would prefer to open doors with different scenarios than finding a code in every room. That's boring over time. Keys, hidden buttons, whatever would be nicer. The room with the laser for example was great.

I had been wanting to check this out for months now and it was even better than I expected! The attention to detail in the sets for each room was impressive. The game itself was pretty challenging but our group did opt to make it the hardest possible. I came with a couple friends and we did GA. I actually really liked getting paired with other players outside of just our group. More heads to put together😝 Our tour guide/Jigsaw victim was “Bailey” (Aka: Klaus) and he totally sold his performance! He had us so freaked out but in the best way possible. Would 100% recommend you check it out!

I’ve done several escape rooms and this one was expensive and not worth it, I regret spending the money. Stinky and dirty, and not possible without “help.” Too many things happening, I’m so bummed I wasted my money.

Really enjoyed the escape rooms....Saw.
The actors were professional and made the experience even better. The rooms were visually excellent, the puzzles were difficult which was good.

Grand memoris varadero wonderful place to spend your family vacation. Cozy place in a housing system, very good cleanliness, attention, charisma and joy of its waitresses. Customers very pleased with the treatment of their waitress, happy to be in the stay. Enjoyable d beautiful pools, drinks and good food. Good place for recreation, discos, and nightclubs. If you have more options to spend your vacation, do not hesitate to choose this great place

We had a good time. The guide we had (John) aka Bailey was great. The only downfall was that is way too pricy for the little bit of time that we had when for a private room. Not worth the $300 plus dollars for just 40 min
