Highly recommend! Jacob was an amazing host who was very knowledgable about ours trips. We did Auschwitz and Zakopane tour. We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel and Jacob even provided us with snacks on our trips which was a really nice gesture. No waiting on coaches or on other people it is simply just you and the driver which makes it much more personal. Jacob sorted everything out for us so there was no queuing as all tickets were already sorted and we missed all the long waiting times which meant more time to see things. Would definitely use again if we ever return to Krakow. Thankyou again!

Had the most magical day ever.
Absolutely amazing day trip to Zakopane with 3 friends ( all women over 50). Jakub our guide was the most patient, informative and knowledgeable person. Jakub stopped off when we wanted and directed us to the best value stalls etc.
Would recommend this tour and guide to everyone. A MUST DO tour while in Poland. Views stunning, all just so special. Will not forget ever !!

If you only have one thing to do while in Poland , this trip is a must do. Jacob was amazing . He made me and my daughter feel like royalty. My daughter forgot her bathing suit and he went out of his way to find a store to buy one . The view from atop of the tatra mountains was absolutely amazing. And the thermal baths soothing with breath taking views

The visit to the wooden house, up the mountain in Zakopane and the thermal pools are all great in their own ways but our guide Jacob really added something extra to the day. Very friendly, polite and really just wanted to ensure we had and did what we wanted. Highly recommended!

I feel very fortunate to have been able to do this tour. I'd researched hard beforehand and there literally is no other sensible way to visit these places independently in one day if you are visiting from Krakow. It is a fantastic itinary.

We absolutely loved wooden house and the intricacies of the wood carving. I was delighted with the wooden church we passed en route and Jacob was good enough to stop for a photo. The view over the tantra mountains was breathtaking. But for us the highlight was the thermal baths. We counted a total 9 pools inside and out, everything from the very clever massage pool (jets positioned to massage different parts on the body in turn, move to the next when you hear the sound) to a very decent water slide. My favourite was one of the outside hot pools with massage jets. We spent a dair amount of time in that one. It was really quiet when we went and the baths were spotlessly clean.

We make a little bit of an odd group, my one young teen and one tween. We had booked through an agent who had listed the trip as "wheelchair accessible" and therefore i hadn't thought to mention that my son is an ambulant wheelchair user (uses it to manage muscle fatigue and a concoction of other difficulties). With hindsight i do wish we had booked direct therefore i have more naturally mentioned it on the booking. Jacob really does deserve a medal for his ability to look unfazed and unsurprised but i realised my error. As it happened the walking distances were short and actually we only got the wheelchair out for the funiculair. I had researched beforehand to find out what bits were going to be doable, but detailed information is generally limited compared to the uk. Accessibility to sites is challenging unless you are also ambulant (eg funiculair lists itself as accessible but access at the top actually is limited due to poor surfacing and steps everywhere. You can see the view though and that in itself is well worth it.). I was very glad to be doing activities at our own pace not to be tripping around at the same time as a large tour, which makes anything mobility wise much more challenging.

I had wondered whether a private tour would work for us, or whether it would feel a little intense. But Jacob is one of the wonders of Krakow. It's an incredible skill to be friendly, ever present to tell you stuff or answer questions, but also unobtrusive to the experience. He does this with aplomb. Plus doing the driving which alone is no mean feat as there is a fair bit of it. He really was fantastic. And to think he would be doing the whole thing again the next day!

If like me you ummed and ahhed over both the cost and the idea of a private tour. Don't. This is a fantastic tour with an incredible selection of activities done fantastically well. Its a day i dont think either the kids or me will ever forget

We spent morning until evening on a day trip to Zakopane, the beautiful Tatras, and the thermal pools. I could describe how fun, exciting and cool all of those sites were, but honestly, the best memories I have from that day trip were spending the day with our guide, Jakub.
I've had the good fortune to travel consistently over the last decade to many parts of the world, and I've not had a guide in any country, in any setting, as outstanding as Jakub. He was attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, a very very good driver, and overall just a joy to be with. Seriously, book this tour and ask for him.
In addition to the Zakopane day, we had arranged reservations through VISITUS for a dinner the previous night....transportation was not included in the package - but Jakub insisted on driving us *both ways* despite the fact that it was a many-hour-long dinner, and we ended late in the evening. He's just that kind of nice guy who goes above and beyond.
In sum, super fun outing to Zakopane, the gorgeous Tatra mountains, the relaxing thermal pools, and all of the wonderful scenery in between. But the best part was the world class guide, Jakub.
(There is more than one Jakub in the company - he is the young man pictured in this also glowing review https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g274772-d13230326-r708655934-VISITUS_Tours_Transfers-Krakow_Lesser_Poland_Province_Southern_Poland.html#UR708655934)
