I was very happy with this transfer it’s worth the money. Driver picked us up at 8:30 am we arrived at Disney in half hour . After a day of walking and making purchases , it was great to have a driver pick you up and take you to your hotel. No hassle with taking other transportation.

Our driver Sam was fantastic with impeccable English. He was early picking us up and communicative via Whatsapp during our day at Disney. It can be a long drive with the traffic in Tokyo and Sam was a joy to talk with.

Having a personal transfer service is a very convenient way to go to and from Disney. You do not have to squeeze in tokyo rails or wait for taxis. "Waiting" after long hours of walking and waiting at Disney is not an Option for us :-) convenience is the main thing you pay for this service. Driver was very nice and safe in driving. Only drawback with our experience is we did not get the newer alphard Van but overall its a good buy.

This service is definitely not cheap, but we recommend it. The drivers were very friendly and they were on-time. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped right at the gate at Disneyland. When we were finished at Disney, the driver was waiting for us to drive us back to our hotel. The cars were clean and comfortable. This was much better than riding trains and buses on a very hot day!
