Great on arrival at the Airport, 45 minutes late for scheduled pick up for departure with no notifications or updates. Called for status and was told 10 minutes...ended up being 20.

I urge you to avoid booking with this company. My husband and I had booked through Expedia for our honeymoon, but upon arriving at our local airport, we had to change our reservation due to a flight delay. However, the " concierge, " Sara, was unavailable when we requested transportation assistance and arrangements for later in the day, the” concierge,” Sara, was unavailable. The male agent we spoke to was unhelpful and refused to transfer us to a manager, claiming that there wasn't one, and even hung up on me twice! Despite our attempts, they didn't arrive for the departure transportation or answer the phone, forcing us to book a cab and miss out on refunds. It is crucial to keep in mind that Expedia does not verify the credibility of its vendors. In this case, the company MTS is deceitful by operating under the name "Speedy Shuttle," which is a separate entity. It is important to take this information into consideration when making travel arrangements to ensure that you are partnering with a reputable and trustworthy vendor, and MTS is not one of them.

it was less expensive to arrange in advance, we did have to wait for almost 30 minutes for our private van to get there. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The service made me wait 90 minutes for a ride that takes 15 minutes. Very unorganized. They do not send you in order of arrival so a person who just walked up can go in a shuttle before you even though you have been there an hour. They do not have their own drivers. They hire outside sources so you could be in a van, car, etc. Some of the vehicles do not appear road worthy. They tried to send a family of 5 in a car that fits 4. They packed all of their luggage in the trunk before realizing and had to unpack and repack it in an suv. Everyone that was waiting was telling them it wasn’t going to happen but what do we know. They put me in a van and then took me out of it at the last minute because they realized the van was going to a different destination.
The way back was better. The driver was only 5 minutes late. However, since the drivers are hired from the general population he did not have a uniform or sign as stated in the directions. You basically had to go up to every unmarked car and ask if they were there for you.
The funny part is that they make you meet with a rep at the hotel to schedule the ride home. He tries to sell you excursions. If you cannot even get me to a hotel in a timely manner how can I trust you to take me on an excursion?
Would not recommend at all.

We had a round trip transport to and from the airport booked before arriving to Cancun. Ride from airport to hotel was fine, it’s a shared drive so you make multiple stops. On the day we were departing to go back home we waited for 45 minutes only to find out that the driver picked up the wrong people (even though we were given a ticket). We ended up having to take a taxi and pay out of pocket. An employee for the company told us to send a copy of the receipt from the taxi so that we could get reimbursed. We spent an additional 65 USD. Have been back for a couple of weeks now and nobody from the company has helped us even though I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via different forms of communication with multiple people. Use another company or better yet, pay for a private transport.

Very disappointment in the amount of time it took to get from airport to hotel. Over 3 hours! There were multiple people waiting for MTS for over 2-3 hours. It didn’t seem like any of the other transport agencies were having difficulties.
Our transport back to airport was great! Driver was on time and efficient.

Booked MTS for our transport to and from the airport. Service was fast and efficient, clean and always felt safe. We never touched our bags, they did it all for us. Driver made good time, music was at a reasonable level. Pick up at the end was scheduled for 825am, and we were picked up at 825am. Everything was as expected. The staff always made it seem it was their pleasure to serve us. We will be using them again.
