Itinerary:
Go directly from your hotel to Tulum ruins and then to Xel-ha Mexico. Pick up time is up to you, but we have found that 7AM – 8 AM works well
In Tulum you can hire a guide for a tour or just explore the ruins on your own. 2 hours in Tulum is plenty of time. Tulum is open from 8AM – 5PM
Then go to Xel-Ha where you can swim/snorkel, float down the lazy river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock.
Xel-Ha is open 365 days a year from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

American transfers is fraud, I bought a round trip service and they never picked me up at the airport or hotel. I had prepaid for this service. They are unreachable, they wouldn't answer their phone and their phone mail box was full, they would not return the What's up chats. They basically stole my money!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

Pleased with this experience. Our driver was there waiting for us on time both ways to and from the Cancun airport to Tulum.

I went to playa with my family. We were met at the airport very courteous. They provided us with water. Was always on time getting us where we needed to be. Provided exceptional service and prices compared to other companies a little lower than most. Customer service was just great and they always answered all of our questions gladly and with pride. Will use this company in the future !
