Joseph did an excellent job in communicating with me prior to arriving, upon our arrival and prior to our pick departure. He provided not only the name of the driver but also the picture which was very helpful at the airport. Ronny was gracious to answer our questions regarding the Dominican Republic. Just book with them. It was definitely a VIP experience. We booked a RT and the hotel was a 40-45 minute drive from PUJ. It was by far one of the best decisions I made when booking my trip to DR.
- Clear communication (they were great about confirming dates, times and instructions before flight and after landing)
- We felt safe and secure
- Really nice and well maintained and comfortable vehicles, just like the pictures! The trunk was easily able to fit 2 large suitcases , 1 medium suitcase, 1 carry-on and a book bag - with room to spare.
- Personable and friendly drivers
- On Time, zero wait time whatsoever

Great experience all the way. Micky was right on the spot, drove safely, and the car was really comfortable. He had lots of great suggestions on where to go and more interesting things to do than the basic tour stuff.

I really didn't want to spend the money ($170 US roundtrip) for the airport transportation to our resort, but it was well worth it. I started reading about why you don't want to book a shuttle with other people as you may end up waiting on them because of different flight times. I wanted my vacation to start ASAP so I read the reviews and decided on this one. A few days before our trip, the service contacted me through What's App and explained the process and the DO's and DONT's of the airport in Punta Cana. The man who picked us up at the airport had a sign with our name on it. He took our luggage and opened the doors for us. We were transported to our resort in a clean, air-conditioned, large SUV. The day before we left, they contacted me to find out our room number at the resort and what time we wanted to be picked up. Again, the man had the sign with our name on it and was actually early to pick us up. He took us to our gate and unloaded our luggage for us. I would definitely use this service again and again!

We had the airport-hotel service through this company in Punta Cana, DR and it was just perfect. There was constant communication via Whatsapp - showing us the picture of who would be our driver, providing his name, having a sign with our name on it at the airport. It was worry free. As my husband uses a cane and has difficulty walking and sitting - the driver we had (Disla) was fabulous. We had him on both trips to/from airport and he was so caring of my husband...getting us a wheelchair, helping him in and out. Would highly recommend this company and their service!
