Arrival Transfer - Santiago International Airport to Hotel in Santiago

The guy was supposed to be identifiable by his shirt and a card with out name, this did not happen. No shirt with company name or card with our names. It took extra time to find him and verify that he was the correct driver.

Traveling from Hawaii we knew we'd be jet legged upon arrival and booked this transfer. The man was not visible with a sign with our name on it. He was not wearing Greyline attire like the confirmation email indicated. After looking for him for over 10 min. an airport employee finally came to our rescue and we were able to locate the guy whom was actually supposed to be waiting for us outside the arrival hall per our directions. It was a long walk from the terminal to the parking lot where we were left for 5 min to wait for the guy to come back to get us. Then he told us, in Spanish, that we would go pick someone up? I said no, and he did it anyway. Instead of taking us right to our hotel which was 15-20 min. away, he went off the main highway and we were in some weird neighborhood. I was prepared with pepper spray in hand as we didn't know what the hell was going on. He stopped and picked up some lady whom appeared to be waiting for him. A friend, maybe wife? We had no clue. Nonetheless, it took us over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel, not including the 20 min of trying to locate this guy and waiting for the vehicle. Would never use this again. There are taxi counters that are safe and a fraction of the cost that are safe and efficient. We used that for the rest of our trips in South America and it was quick and safe. Oh well, now we know.

We arrived late and were so happy to see our driver waiting!! She was in a shirt with the company’s name and was holding a placard with my name on it! Excellent car and driving experience to our hotel and the driver accompanied us into the hotel to make sure we were checked in ok.

The transfer was fine and the driver was communicating with me when we landed but when we came out it was difficult to find him because he was not holding a sign with our name on it. He left the sign in the car!

Our driver was waiting when we arrived even though our flight was delayed 12 hours. He gave us a mini tour on the way to our hotel which we really appreciated.

Driver was waiting with my name right at the exit from baggage claim. Our flight arrived late but he was fine with that. He helped us with our bags and drove us quickly but safely to our hotel where he again managed our bags. Very easy process start to finish.

Engagement was easy via on-line arrangements. Once at the airport it was easy to find the driver and head off to destination. Unfortunately we hit commuter traffic that morning but no fault of driver or service. All excellent.

I would make one suggestion regarding the explanation about the meeting point at SCL. It would be easier to instruct your passengers to "follow the green line on floor after baggage exiting customs. At least for directing to the Exit 4 area. Never saw the restaurant mentioned in the directions.

The driver was waiting for us when we reached the arrival hall.
He was polite and helped me pushed the baggage to the car park and drove us to our hotel.He performed his job

The driver was at the designated area when we arrived at the airport. We had feared he may have left since it took an hour to go through immigration. He was helpful and personable. Would recommend this service highly.

Perfect.

Driver was waiting exactly where the instructions told us to meet him. What a welcome sight after the long flight. He immediately assisted us with our suitcases and to the car. Immediately off the our hotel. Would highly recommend!!!!
