Amazing 5 days/4 nights safari with Viva Safaris. From the beginning, communication with Patti was clear and efficient. Guides and rangers were the best, super friendly, helping, and going above and beyond to provide us with the best experience. Food at Tremisana was yummy, rooms quite comfortable, and all employees at the lodge were lovely. Got to see the big 5 and many more animals! It's definitely an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to the entire Tremisana Lodge team and the drivers from Viva Safaris, especially Rocky, Smiley, Tuney, Luke and George, who gave us an unforgettable experience and were very caring for us at all times.
Everything went perfectly from start to finish, even the promise to see the Big 5 was kept!
To use Smiley's words "Hakuna Matata" - everything is fine :)

At the end of a business trip, I did a private 5-day tour to Kruger. I was collected on time and returned to the airport in time for an earlier fligt, which other tour operators would not promise.

Tremisana Lodge has its own wildlife preserve and its own tours there, but there were also two days in Kruger. The combination is ideal - we saw a male lion, elephants, hippos, hyenas and two rhinos in the local area, but lots of giraffes, kudu, zebras, gnus, more lions and cubs plus half a leopard in Kruger - only its ass and tail were visible in the tree! :-)

The combination of the two areas is very good, though the drive to Kruger is a bit long. The "everyday" system makes it possibel to put your own tour and experience together on request, though it means you cannot really form a group with others for a longer joint experience.

Mama D was a great cook and mother for all, Raymond taught us lots of new things on the bush walk, Rockey and Smiley found us many animals including two Rhinos, and Nadine found a male lion roaring and calling for females at the night drive.

Thanks for the familiar athmosphere, also to all guys whose names I do no know!

I hope to have business again to SA so I can come again afterwards.

We had a great time on our safari through Viva, and got to have so many incredible up-close animal interactions. We liked the combination of having game drives in both Kruger and in the reserve, as the dynamic and opportunities afforded from both differed. The accommodations were excellent, and staff was amazing and knowledgeable.

What an amazing experience!! Once in a lifetime, so pleased that we chose Viva Safari. We did the 5 day Tremisana Lodge safari, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, making sure that every safari we did was unforgettable.
Tremisana Lodge itself is very clean and well maintained, the meals (thanks mama) were plentiful and delicious.
Although all the staff were brilliant, special mention to Lucky, Smiley and mama.
Highly recommend Viva Safari's

We had such a fantastic time on this trip. We got picked up on time from our hotel in Johannesburg and drove to Tremisana Lodge. We did safari drives/walks every day, and saw something incredible each day - including all of the big 5! The day we arrived there were elephants right outside the Lodge, and the rhinos were another highlight. The lodge was clean and comfortable, the pool was cold but it was lovely being in the pool with monkeys playing in the trees above. The staff were all outstanding! The game guides always tried their best to see the animals and we're so enthusiastic. The food was fantastic. I am a vegetarian and was well catered for. Overall, we can't fault this trip and would definitely recommend it

My husband and I had a wonderful time from pick up to drop off! We saw the big 5 almost straight off the bat. The weather was initially chilly which meant the animals were sunning themselves. Took pics of a pride. Even got a video of a mating. Mama and baby rhino made an appearance but not close enough for pics. We also took some shots of hippos. The accommodations were comfy and the food plentiful. On the bland side though

Had an amazing time, great service from pick up to drop off. They keep you well fed and the service is amazing, Mama will look after you!! All the activities are amazing you get up close to so many animals but keep the respect they deserve. All the rangers are amazing but special shout out to Victor! Thank you so much keep doing what you are all doing, amazing job and would recommend soooo much to anyone!

Wow! What a 5 days! We wished we had looked at the company website and done one more day!! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable (shout out to Victor and Yuri—our favorites!!) and they took us for morning, afternoon and evening bush drives (Greater Kruger) along with a day in Kruger Park. We saw the Big 5 and then some! Giraffes and elephants a plenty! Wild dogs! Leopard and lion and cheetah and hippos and more and more!! The food was plentiful and well flavored! The people we met were friendly and fun to get to know! Amazing experience- thank you!!
