We were on a morning safari. Everything was wonderful, it was a real adventure. We saw a lot of animals and falconry. I enjoyed the breakfast, the dancing and the stories about the Bedouin culture. Special thanks to our guide Raj.

The Safari was absolutely everything I had hoped for! Runel was the most amazing tour guide. I have rarely met someone that was so knowledgeable about the desert, animals, Dubai and UAE, also culturally. A very kind person as well and funny. The Safari I chose was perfect as it only lasts a few hours. You are picked up and dropped off to your hotel. The only small thing I would change is adding more food options for picky eaters, it was nice that they offered sandwich options for the children as well. Everything else was super amazing!

I booked the hot air balloon trip and camel ride with Platinum heritage. I had a really fantastic experience especially with the hot air balloon ride. The tour guide Mubasher was very friendly and welcoming. He was also very knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and staff worked hard to prepare an excellent Arabic meal with diverse food choices. Mubasher was most helpful and had excellent customer centric skills to ensure people had a really memorable time. Thanks to Mubasher, I am looking to book another adventure again and intend to bring my friends and family.

My husband and I used Platinum Heritage while on our honeymoon in Dubai. We booked the Bedouin Culture Safari and had an amazing time. Booking was easy and we were called the night before to confirm our pickup time. The next morning we were picked up from our hotel by our guide Nizar, who was with us the entire day. After about an hour drive we made it to the desert, we rode camels to the Bedouin camp, where we enjoyed local tea and coffee, while we watched a falcon show, we were than able to meet and hold the falcon. We then enjoyed a traditional Bedouin breakfast with those who's families were raised in the Bedouin culture. Platinum Heritage was extremely accommodating with making sure I had an allergy friendly breakfast option. After breakfast we participated in a Bedouin dance and then made our way to our private 1954 Range Rover for our desert safari. Nizar was extremely knowledgeable, he spoke to the desert's specific animals and shared information we otherwise would not have known about the area. The camp was extremely comfortable, food and beverages were readily available as were proper restrooms. I would definitely recommend Platinum Heritage to anyone looking for a desert experience to stand out from all of the rest. Cannot say enough how wonderful it was to have Nizar as our guide and how much we enjoyed this experience. The Bedouin Culture Safari was the highlight of our Dubai adventure.

We chose Platinum Heritage because of its focus on preservation. We weren’t interested in dune bashing or sand boarding. We purchased our tickets on the well designed website. PSA: if you are flying Emirates in March, they offer a discount when you send them your boarding pass. The day before we received hotel pickup information via email and WhatsApp.
Shaikh was our guide. When he drove us to the destination, we were the first group there. We then hopped on a vintage Land Rover, watched the sunrise and waved to the camels. After a fun camel ride, we came to the Bedouin camp. We were offered rose water (to wash hands), Arabic coffee (not too strong) and dates. We saw the staff preparing coffee and breakfast. We had way too much food brought to us. While we were eating, we listened to the Bedouin lifestyle and their food culture. Yoseph gave us a presentation on falcons and a falcon show! We also participated in a quick dance number with the staff lol. My mom got a beautiful henna tattoo. Shaikh brought us back to the Land Rover and we proceeded to tour the rest of the desert conservation area. Shaikh is very knowledgeable with their preservation efforts. We learned so much about the flora and fauna of the Arabic desert. Shaikh also took some great photos of us! He really made our experience awesome.
I would highly recommend Platinum Heritage for anyone visiting Dubai.

One of the best experiences in Dubai! Such a fantastic time with Platinum Heritage. They put in so much effort and care to provide the best experience. From the camels and cool vintage land rovers to the beautiful food and falcon show (all explained thoroughly). Plus we got to take part in some epic dancing and be given a desert safari tour to spot some desert animals and learn more about the plants and creatures. Couldn't recommend enough.

Amazing experience for our family!
We could learn a lot about the bedouin life and had an awesome time experiencing some of their habits and (delicious) foods and interacting with their environment.
Everybody was so friendly and kind, we could feel relaxed and at home during the whole tour.
The guide Oscar made it very special with his kindness and patience, and he enriched the morning by sharing his knowledge about the country and its culture.
Very much recommended!
