The crossing from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel will be an incredible experience with our comfortable and new ferries. We offer you a professional crew that meets the highest standards. We offer hourly departures with a total of 14 schedules in Playa del Carmen and 14 schedules on the island of Cozumel. The operating hours are Playa del Carmen: From 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. Cozumel Island: From 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. Your ticket is an open ticket, meaning you can choose the best schedule for 6 months (subject to availability and redemption/operating conditions). We are pet friendly, so we have a special area for them. Area with anchors for wheelchairs and special areas and seats for people with different capacities. Pleasant ambient sound, air conditioning and for those who want to enjoy the view of the Caribbean Ocean, we have outdoor areas. An area for luggage storage is available. Your safety is very important to us, which is why travel insurance is included.

The route to Cozumel will be more than clearly successful if you continue with the actions that I will describe below.
I traveled to Cozumel for the first time this afternoon with my parents, two elderly people and one with a cane
When I arrived at the ticket office I received a very warm and pleasant greeting from the three young women who were there, with their smiles they even made me happier that I was going to get to know the island.
I asked for help to get a wheelchair for my dad and a few minutes later he had it, lending it to me until I got on the boat, everything was fine. But here begins the interesting part, these incredible guys were waiting for us with another wheelchair when we arrived in Cozumel. However, we did not expect that on our return it would happen that from almost the entrance of the pier someone saw that we were coming with the cane and handed us the chair through the lockers and He took us to the seat again.
But arriving at Playa, they really shined because before the other passengers could get off, their star collaborators already had a wheelchair ready and assembled to take my dad down as a VIP and they kindly finished accompanying us to the entrance of the terminal.

I purchased an E ticket boarding was so fast for me. The crew has sailor uniforms Good vibes. I like that this company issued me a ticket for my luggage and stored my luggage in a dry area. This ferry is twice as fast as the other companies. For me this was a better experience than the other companies. I will use this company again in the future 🤩
