The private cruise around Lake Como was easily the highlight of the tour. Standing and waiting for the water bus to Bellagio for an hour was the lowlight. It left no time for a meal on the entire tour.

It wasn't the operator's fault... the weather was awful !!! It rained hard !!! I wished it could had been better .

Lake Como was cute! There was a lot of riding on the bus and you get about 50 minutes in each City. It was cool to see Lake Como by boat!

Was pouring rain, no cancellation, couldn’t understand guide, headset didn’t work, little to no description of sites along way.

A really long & pointless day. “Upgraded” to include Lugano, Switzerland. Taken to Lake Como, Bellagio & Lugano by bus & boat. 1 hour or slightly more in each location, of time to ourselves. No history explanation or site seeing of any worth beyond hearing another reference of George Clooney. Little clarity of why we were going somewhere or timeframes. Bathroom breaks quickly done at arrival of next location. Some passengers got lost so we all waited till guide found them - no explanation or apology. A long 10 hour tour became 11+. Como is very pretty but doing 3 cities was meaningless. Why go to Lugano for 1 hour of free time just to hear they have Casinos. Boring, learned nothing. Not sure the guide was intetested 👎

I like trip from Milan to visit Como , Bellagio and Ghosallo , but we can’t see Como , because was very heavy rain , but we enjoyed our time .

Alex thus tour guide is substandard! He spoke very little offered no real information and volunteered that he filled in for someone else.Although I still provided gratuity to this great drivof and Alex cause he spent Several hours on the bus. Although he admitted he was only 21 years old old he didn't prove the necessary background most licensed guides do. I'm a travel agent and would NEVER recommend this Lake Como,, Blegio and Lugerno,, Switzerland to this group. On this trip in Roma, Firenze, I can recommend ALL those guides for their background
