Katherine was a good guide regarding the information about the tour.
The experience was bad almost entirely.
1) it is very difficult and even hard to enjoy when it comes to offering to see 2 cities.
2) the bus didn’t have AC and due to a traffic accident we were stuck from Toledo to Segovia, which would’ve been a 2 hour drive and ended up being 3 hours and 15 minutes WITHOUT AC…
3) because of this issue, we couldn’t enjoy the trip to Segovia, it had to be much quicker than what it already is
5) the bus was selling water at 1 euro but DOES NOT accept card, only cash. Even being with such conditions (a large bus of ~40 people without AC, stuck in traffic, etc) they were not willing to give water for free, which I thought it was very inconsiderate.
6) the guide spoke to the company and tried to “come up with alternatives” and the company’s response was providing the SAME non-functional bus to leave at 7 pm back to Madrid and another small bus to the people that wanted to leave at 7:30 pm, just 30 minutes later.
7) initially, the second bus’ AC didn’t work either and then after ~30 min driving, started working.
My wife and I had a hard time enjoying the tour. I would not recommended this tour at all if you want to take your time getting to see and enjoy the cities or just getting there.
Sorry but it is frustrating that the company was not interested in helping us making our trip enjoyable, a trip which we paid for and also not willing to listen to me and offer reimbursement and only keep the shared “alternatives.”

The tour was great but for some strange reason, my name was not listed on the list despite me receiving the confirmation from Viator. Luckily, the ground handler still accepted me and found a place for me in the tour group.

The bus did not have a toilet and we were not given the opportunity to enter the monuments announced on the tour, limiting ourselves to quick circuits.

The tour was worth the trip as Toledo and Segovia are indeed beautiful and steeped in history.
However, be prepared for a long bus ride for the day and not on the same bus. Unfortunately when we were scheduled to leave Toledo we had no bus waiting for us and we were forced to wait for more than a half hour in 102 degrees with no explanation except the operator was "the only one here". Then when we were ready to leave Segovia we were told to meet at a certain point and found out from someone else it was changed. We were told they were sorry. Beware!

The bus' air condtioner broke. We were trapped inside a bus with no windows, emergency doors did not work with temperature over 98 degrees in a traffic jam due to a car wreck . Company did not have an emergency plan for this circunstances. The part of the tour in the city was good but nothing compares to be exposed of suffocating conditions inside a vehicle that became an oven. This company was lucky that no one has a cardiac arrest inside the bus.

Toledo is a great city with an amazing history, but despite all that, Sagovia is simply breathtaking. From the aqueduct at the beginning of the tour, to the fairytale castle at the end of tour, every detail was mesmerizing.
But the absolute best part of the tours was that both guides were not only charming and knowledgeable, but they both lived in those cities, knew the people, and were passionate about their homeland and proud of their history. They were not just reciting a paragraph from a travel booklet.

The yellow tour guide was a mess. She said because it was Easter and kept saying I’m one person taking care of 90 persons. She barely spoke English. They kept changing buses and we were left without a tour guide in the way to Segovia. However both walking tour guides Jesus in Toledo and Maria were excellent. Changing buses was a mess and they end up 2 people left without seats and they had to hire a taxi to take them back to Madrid
Both cities were amazing but more time needed to explore.
We couldn’t get in to the palaces and barely were able to get tickets to get inside the Cathedral in Segovia which was amazing

Andrea guide terrific.
Toledo navigation on our own a bit daunting, could’ve used more clear directions and a simplified map to see the main features, the synagogues, mosque and El Greco, which we ran outta time to find. Disappointing.
